Single-family house in Troubelice
Nevěřilová, Hana ; Sukop, Lukáš (referee) ; Ostrý, Milan (advisor)
The aim of this Bachelor's thesis is to design a nearly zero-energy detachted house in Troubelice. First part is the concept of architectural and structural design. This includes drawings, fire safety design, energy performance certificate and building physics. The second part deals with the design of building services, encompassing the conceptual design of all systems. The plan of house building combines three rectangles shapes – detachted house, terrace and garage. The detachted house contains in the first floor entrance area, living room with dinning space and connected kitchen, master bedroom, toilet and bathroom. In the second floor, there are rooms for children, work room, bathroom and utility room. The unique feature of this house is the gallery, allowing connection people in the living space and the second floor. For contruction material I chose hollow core ceramic blocks for detachted house and gluelam for teracce and garage. Insulation is made from stone wool for its good technical properties. Furthermore I chose a simple plaster and saddle roof for the detached house and mono-pitched roofs for terrace and garage. Second part is the concept design of water supply and sewage system, electrical wiring, rainwater treatment, photovoltaic panels, air conditioning and mechanical ventilation. Furthermore, I explore the heating system more throughly. The house building is heated by under floor heating, which largely derives energy for heating hot water from the heat pump. The heat pump is divided into two parts - the outdoor and indoor units. It is connected with hot water tank and main manifold. It has 3 circuits. Two are for the floor heating and the last one for air heater.
