Tato bakalářská práce se týká projektové dokumentace rodinného domu s provozovnou v Ledči nad Sázavou. Objekt je dvoupodlažní s přízemní provozovnou a není podsklepen. Budova je navržena jako cihelná stavba ze systému Porotherm. Střecha je sedlová se sklonem 35° a nad provozovnou pultová se sklonem 12°. Konstrukce střechy je tvořena novodobým vaznicovým krovem. Na objektu jsou použity dva druhy betonové krytiny Bramac Max 7° a Bramac Max cihlově červené barvy. Na pozemku se nachází další dvě vedlejší stavby. Jedna slouží jako garáž pro dva osobní automobily a druhá jako víceúčelový zahradní domek. Komplex staveb je umístěn na nezastavěném pozemku s rovinným terénem. This thesis concerns the design documentation of the house with an establishment in Ledeč nad Sázavou. The building has two floors with the ground floor establishment and no basement. The building is designed as a brick building from Porotherm. The roof is pitched with a slope of 35° and above establishment pitched with a slope of 12°. The roof is made up of modern wooden construction. On the building are two types of concrete roofing Bramac Max 7 ° and Bramac Max brick red color. The land is located two other minor works. One serves as a garage for two cars and one as a multipurpose garden shed. The complex of buildings is located on undeveloped land with the planar terrain.
