Filipová, Iveta ; Gnad, Tomáš (advisor) ; Fořterová, Petra (referee)
Title: Changes in level of balance after in-line preparation Objective: The aim of this thesis is to observe the changes in balancing abilities of students of FTVS after two month of in-line preparation. Methods: This thesis is quantitative scientific research, a quasi experiment and several methods were used in it. The method of literary research and the analysis of professional documents for processing the theoretical part of the thesis. Next, in the practical part, active observation, questioning and laboratory testing using the Footscan pressure plate. Results: By doing laboratory tests on the Footscan device, it was found that the level of balancing abilities of the students changed after two months of in-line preparation. Their balance improved. According to the established hypotheses, it was found that two out of four designated tests have statistical significance. Thanks to this thesis, we can say that in-line skating is an appropriate physical activity for improving not only fitness, but other motor abilities as well. Keywords: In-line skating, fitness skating, in-line skating course, sports training, postural stability, balance, balancing ability, Footscan.
Ways to influence amateur's athletes postural stability
Fišer, Jan ; Zahálka, František (advisor) ; Nováková, Tereza (referee)
Title Ways to influence amateur s athletes postural stability Objectives The aim of this study is to describe the selected parameters of body composition and postural stability of the amateur s athletes (floorball players) group and to assess the efficiency of short-term intervention exercise based on senzomotor stimulation, acral coactivation therapy and plyometrics. Methods This work is a descriptive work, one part of it is the intervention. Two groups of amateur s athletes (floorball players) were examined during the study - intervention group(n = 16, average height = 178,23 cm (std 7,18), average weight = 80,04 (std 11,53), average age = 25,15 years (std3,31 )) and control group(n = 8, ave- rage height = 181,48 cm (std 5,59), average weight = 82,29 kg (std 11,20), average age = 27,07 let (2,68)). Each participant underwent the entrance measurement both on Footscan to evaluate the level of postural stability by selected parameters and on InBody 3.0 a Tanita to evaluate the level of body composition by selected parame- ters. Then the intervention group took part in the intervention exercise. After the six week intervention period underwent both groups the second measurement. The results of both measurements were evaluated, compared and statistically analyzed. Results The results showed great...

Dymáková, Dominika ; Chrudimský, Jan (advisor) ; Krištofič, Jaroslav (referee)
Title: The level of balance skills of Teamgym competitors Objectives: The aim of the thesis is to compar the level of balance abilities between participants in systematic sports training in Teamgym and non-sports group. Methods: The theoretical part of bachelor thesis is processed czech and foreign literature, which is engaged in gymnastics and Teamgym. It also deals with balance abilities, selecting the proper motor tests and measurement theory. The practical part is devoted to the measurement, which took place in the field, followed bx data procesing. The were used nonivasive methods of measurement. Selected tests are standardized. Results: Based on the processed results, we can say that a group of Teamgym competitors has developed better the balance skills. In non-sport group we noted above better individual results in statistic and dynamic balance skills. The results can show us the group of Teamgym competitors have better in balance skills than non-sports group. Keywords: gymnastics, Teamgym, balance skills, testing
