Production Reliability Management in a Selected Company

The aim of this thesis is to assess the reliability of production in a selected company using appropriately chosen parameters and subsequently analyze whether the proposed and implemented measures contributed to a statistically significant increase in this reliability. The thesis focuses on identifying key issues, designing and implementing measures to improve reliability, and statistically evaluating their impact. The outcome of this work is a comprehensive assessment of the production reliability in the selected company, which includes the identification of key issues, the design and implementation of measures to improve reliability, and the statistical evaluation of their impact. This approach will allow for an objective assessment of the effectiveness of the implemented measures and provide a basis for further improvements in the reliability of production machinery.

V první části se nachází teorie k danému tématu, která je potřebná pro druhou, analytickou část této bakalářské práce. Analytická část zkoumá vnitřní a vnější prostředí této značky a její současný stav. Třetí, návrhová část obsahuje doporučení pro rozvoj značky a celkové shrnutí bakalářské práce.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to analyse the company's ISMS and to propose certain measures based on the found shortcomings. The introductory part of the thesis focuses on a summary of the theoretical foundations in the field of information security, with the key element being the set of standards ISO/IEC 27000. The analytical part describes the current state of ISMS in a specific company. In the practical part, appropriate measures are selected according to the result of the analysis.

This master’s thesis aims to compile a business plan for establishing a small company, specifically a distillery specializing in the production of traditional fruit spirits in the area of the city of Břeclav. The theoretical part of this thesis defines basic concepts in business, analyzes the external and internal environment, and develops a business plan for the newly emerging company. The analytical section includes SLEPTE analysis, Porter‘s Five Forces model, market analysis, and subsequent SWOT analysis, including a SWOT matrix. The practical part comprises the structure of the business plan, encompassing production planning, marketing planning, risk analysis, financial planning, and a schedule.

Design of an industrial robot with six degrees of freedom

The diploma thesis deals with the design, production and construction of robots with six degrees of freedom and a serial kinematic structure. In the beginning of the thesis, the individual types of robots, used gearboxes, energy media are described, and the principle of direct and inverse robot kinematics is outlined here. In the next chapters, the system approach of the robot, the selection of the optimal variant of creation, and then the kinematics and dynamics of the robot, which further follows on from the principle of the creation of castings, the design nodes of the robot and its electrical engineering and the programming of the control system, are analyzed. For the pinions and the shaft of the fifth axis, a safety analysis is carried out with respect to the limit state of elasticity. This robot design is then financially compared with a commercially available industrial robot. For the robot, among other appendices, drawing documentation, an electrical wiring diagram and a safety analysis of the robotic workplace have been prepared. The robot and the related robotic workplace are physically built in the workshops of the Institute of Production Machines, Systems and Robotics in Brno.

Analysis of the technical designs of lightning protection for a commercial building with PV power plant

The main objective of the thesis is the issue of lightning and surge protection and demonstration of its practical application at the level of a fictitious object. In the context of this, a search of the currently valid standards and legislation is carried out and a basic list of requirements for the creation of related project documentation is given a key complement of the thesis is the synthesis of lightning and surge protection with the protection of photovoltaic panels located on the roof structure of the building, where the issue of possible damage after lightning strike is addressed and the risks with external and internal protection are analysed. The thesis also includes an evaluation of possible collision in the application of lighting protection and photovoltaic panels, as well as the prevention of the spread of a possible fire from the roof to the object. Three different technical designs of external lightning protection are compared in terms of aesthetics, financial costs and practicality.

The topic of the thesis focuses on the issue of risk management in a specific company. It is a smaller company specializing in the production and sale of coffee products in Brno. The thesis deals with the analysis of risks in this company. The first part of the thesis discusses the basic concepts of risk management, while the second part is dedicated to the practical implementation of selected analyses aimed at providing the reader with a comprehensive view of the current situation of the company, both internally and externally. In the final part of the thesis, measures are proposed for reducing or eliminating risks in the selected company.

The Insurance Protection of the Business Entity

The bachelor's thesis is focused on solving the issue of insurance protection in a specific business entity, appearing in this bachelor thesis as První servisní s.r.o. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to propose a modification/change of the current insurance coverage of První servisní s.r.o. based on the performed risk analysis. First of all, the basic theoretical starting points are elaborated in the thesis, where it is described, what risks are, how risk analysis is carried out and what types of insurance exist. In the practical part, the analysed company itself is first described. On the basis of an interview with one of the owners of this company, the risks that threaten it the most are identified, while they are qualitatively evaluated. It is also assessed to what extent this company currently has insurance protection set up. In the design part, the company is recommended the design of an insurance product in order to make its current insurance protection more efficient.

The master thesis deals with the issue of risk management in the selected business entity. The analysed company is Saab Czech, s.r.o., which is involved in the development, production, testing and disposal of small arms simulators. The thesis focuses on the theoretical basis of understanding the issue of risk management, its identification, analysis, evaluation and reduction using selected methods. The conclusion part of the thesis is then devoted to the proposals made for measures that should lead to a reduction in risk levels to ensure that the impact is minimised.
