Parkinson's disease in the context of the musculoskeletal system and rehabilitation care

Title: Parkinson's disease (PD) in the context of comprehensive rehabilitation Objectives: The aim of the thesis was to process knowledge about Parkinson's disease and methods of treatment. The practical part of it focused on examining the symptoms, methods of exercise and home conditions of patients with PD. The results were used to make recommendation for these patients. Methods: Within a theoretical part a survey was created and compiled for patients with PD. The survey anonymously addressed 15 respondents suffering from PD. The research took place in May 2021. The respondents' anonymisation was fully preserved. Results: People with PD mostly suffer from symptoms such as rigidity, tremor and deterioration of cognitive abilities. Over 50% of the respondents do regular exercise on a ball. A smaller number of them do Yoga. None of them had experience with Schultz's autogenous training and Jacobson's progressive muscle relaxation. The comparison of Czech and Spanish team performance indicators in the woman's European Chapionship in 2017

Title of work: Comparison of Czech and Spanish team performance indicators in the Women's European Championship in 2017. Objectives of Thesis: The aim of the thesis is to compare indicators of the team game performance of Team Czech republic and Spanish. On the basis of this comparison will be a confrontation of both teams after the match and find differences in their game performance. Methods of work: The main method of the thesis is quantitative analysis of 8 selected video game between Team Czech republic, Spanish and their rivals. The video will be recorded by observing the characteristics of the game and then had to compare the participating teams. Results of work: The results should show probable causes of wins and losses in selected games. DEPENDENCY OF MARKET VALUE OF A TEAM ON THE RESULT ACHIEVED AT THE SYNOT LIGA

Title: Dependency of market value of a team on the result achieved at the Synot liga Objectives: The aim of this work is to determine the departmente of the market value of the teams which take place in the Czech Top Football league and their achieved results in this competition. Market value of the team is given by a sum of market value of all its players, regardless of their taking part in the match or not. It's put into the kontext with the final result in the league, which is expressed by a total sum of the gauner points. The partial aim is to determine effectiveness of these teams (expressed by total market value of the team) and the total sum of the points achieved in the competition Methods: Regressive and correlative analysis was used for determination of the dependence in the practical part of my research. Regressive analysis was taken from the assumption of free dependence. In this case the aim was to identify the degree of its intensity. So this is the way how the assumption that total market value of the team has certain influence on the achieved result in the league was checked. Analysis of team game performance of basketball representation of the Czech Republic at the European Championship 2013 in Slovenia

Title of Work: Analysis of team game performance of basketball representation of the Czech Republic at the European Championship 2013 in Slovenia. Objectives of Thesis: The main goal of our work is to compare team game performances of Group C and compare the final results of the Czech Republic representation in detail with its rivals at the European Championship in 2013. Partial target is a comparison of average merits between groups of teams which made it to the second round of the tournament of the European Championship 2013 which didn't succeed. Methods of Work: The chief method of the writing was a quantitative analysis of video records of all of the games of Group C, European Championship 2013 with detailed final results of the Czech Republic and its rivals. While using the method of observation, we registered the characteristics of the games and then compared it within the participating teams. In the second part, we compared the final results of pointers of the moving teams to the qualification and teams which didn't' succeed in Group C, European Championship 2013 in Basketball. Diploma thesis "Behavioral symptoms in sexually abused children, families access and response of social workers" focuses on clarifying the issue of child sexual abuse and its course. The introductory chapters deal with explaining the concept of sexual abuse and the possible occurrence. It characterized by potential victims, offenders and the possible risks. The work focuses on social and psychosomatic manifestations of children who are victims of sexual abuse. It compares the responses of children by age and sex. The important part is the revelation of the incident. Revealed is the most deliverance victim of pathological behavior. The work describes the victim may have reasons for concealing situation, how it reacts family after disclosure. How the assistence of social workers in contact with victims of sexual abuse.But also what measures are needed to prevent further deprivation of the child. Title of thesis: Comparison of indicators of the team game performance between the U.S. team and teams of its rivals at Men's Basketball at the Olympic Games 2012 and against the performance of the U.S. at World Championship 2010. Aim of thesis: The main goal of the thesis was to find out the difference between the U.S. team game performance and its rivals after the confrontation and comparsion of the indicators written down. Another point was to detect how the USA performance at the Olympic Games 2012 resembled to or differed from its performance at the World Championship 2010. This comparsion signifies some specific tendency in conception of the american elite man' s basketball. Methods of thesis: The main approach of the thesis was the quantitative analysis of video recordings of all matches between the U.S. team and its rivals at the Olympic Games 2012. First-time voters motivation for parliamentary elections in Ricany 2010

Author of this thesis is undertaking a study of an act of voting in a town Říčany during election to the Parliament of the Czech Republic in 2010. A research is looking for the aspects, which can influence the acting of first-voters before they go to the elections. Young people often discuss their choice with members of any social group (parents, friends, siblings) and political parties try to focus on these young people, appeal on them and motivate them to give a vote to that political party. The goal of this thesis is to find out, which social group influences the first-voters in Říčany most, what position takes the family and if the first-voters are a single voting unit, which is good to study. This thesis contains a brief history of Říčany, results of elections to Parliament in 2006 and 2010 and there are the election campaigns of that parties which took place in Parliament in 2006 and 2010. A single part of the campaigns represents the campaign focused on young people. Part of chapters with the election results, there are motivations of voters written. The crucial part of the thesis is a questionnaire sent between the respondents from the city in a target group. On the base of these anonymous questionnaire results, the hypothesis are confirmed or declined.

Result/inference discourse connectives in academic texts

The present thesis compares the use of result/inference discourse connectives in two corpora compiled by the author. The student corpus consists of 43 literary essays by Czech university students of English and American studies and the reference corpus contains 34 journal articles written by native expert writers. The main objective of the thesis was to determine to what extent students resemble professional writers in their use of result/inference connectives with respect to the frequency, position and scope of the connectives. The thesis revealed a strong overall overuse of result/inference connectives by students as well as overuse and underuse of individual connectives. It was also found that both types of writers generally prefer initial to non-initial placement of result/inference connectives; however, students more frequently use the connectives with the immediate scope.
