Structure - space - city Urban block complation

Based on a regulatory plan, I chose a plot of the city corner for my diploma thesis, which is an introduction to Francouzská Street. At present, this plot is used only as a parking lot, but it is located in an interesting busy place in the mouth of the five roads. Based on the new regulatory plan, the plot is located on the dominant site of the city piazzetta with a function full of people and commercial partners. My goal is to create a significant city corner, which will be a local dominant of the nearby area. The filling of the house is commercial, administrative, and residential. The proposal will allow fluctuations in the ratio between these functions due to the variability of market demand. With the statue of a staircase, I want to create a communication space for the residents of the house, where PROMENADE will be created and at the same time will serve as an interesting backdrop for the parterre.
Analysis of the development project for the construction of an administrative building in Brno

The aim of this diploma thesis is determine feasibility and profitability of property development project at particular lands in Brno. Solution of problem includes both, the legislative part that determines possibility lands focused on change of territorial plan and the financial part that estimates costs and revenues in project balance and potencial profits for investor, if project will be realized. Main result of this diploma thesis is to answer the question, if property development project should be realized at particular lands in question and estimate future value of lands and project. Diploma thesis \uv{Analysis of the development project for the construction of an administrative building in Brno} is useful for everyone, who needs estimate potential of a land for profit from realization of property development project.

The diploma thesis deals with the topic of contemporary countryside. The result of the thesis - illustrative Manual originated from searching for the basic principles in the area of land-use planning. It focuses especially on urban issues and tries to answer some of them in a comprehensible form. Manual consists mostly of schematics, sketches, visualizations, etc. The issue of new construction and the so-called satellites become one of the key issues. The Manual offers an alternative for this land-grabbing style and it motivates to create a better environment. The basic principles are applied to a specific municipality. Consultation with nine village mayors could be considered as the added value of the work. Mayors shared their experience in building and planning and gave feedback on some chapters. Interesting mayor's remarks are are incorporated in the Manual. The appendix to the manual – Good Practice Examples brings inspiration for creation of regional architecture. The intention is to offer this Manual to all of those who are involved in the management of smaller municipalities.
Comparison of Selected Methods of Valuation of Building Land-type Real Estate in the Locality of Třinec and its Surroundings

The objective of my master's thesis is comparison of selected methods of valuation of building land-type real estate in the locality of Třinec and its surroundings. My thesis is focused on properties, built up with houses on each of the lots , on which the construction of a house is planned. Both groups of these properties have been estimated by the methods and historical prices have been compared and analyzed.The integral part of the master's thesis is the evaluation of the individual methods of estimation,according to the pre-determined criteria.
Comparison of Selected Methods of Land Valuation in the Location of Znojmo

The subject of my thesis is a comparison of selected methods of measurement suitable for land in the Znojmo area, assess the appropriateness of valuation methods in comparison with the cost of actually realized by sale, devise a procedure for pricing and evaluating the most common method of valuation of land in the selected location. For this work I chose the land, the sale was conducted last year by one of Znojmo Realtors.
Assessment of the impact of planning on land prices in Vysoké Mýto

This diploma thesis deals with the change in the price of land, depending on its determination in ground plan and also on the method of use in location Průhony in Vysoké Mýto. The first part describes the methods of real estate assessing, and consequently, ground planning is outlined. The second part in concerned with the description of Vysoké Mýto and real estate investment opportunities in close neighbourhood. The practical part is focused on setting prices of various lands in relation to its potential. To end up, historical price development in location Průhony is discussed.

Thesis title: Public interest, politics and developers The thesis deals with issues of public interest, politicians and developers. The aim of the thesis is to map the conditions for new buildings and determine what the public interest is in urban planning. The thesis is focuses mainly on the territory of Prague. For that purpose thesis analyze the relationships between terms and analysis of the legal framework and a description of practical experience in construction. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The first chapter is divided into two main parts and is dedicated to the term of public interest, first from the interdisciplinary and subsequently from the legally perspective. This chapter provides a better understanding and grasp of the term. In the first part thesis interprets the works of prominent thinkers who work with the term, especially the genesis of the words "public" and "interest". This is followed by a search for a corrective to the capitalist view of the public interest, as well as view of the public interest as the interest of certain groups, as well as modeling system to determine public interest in the decisions of politicians.
