The Proposal of Company Communication Mix

The main subject of the thesis "Design of company communication mix" is to analyze the current state of the communication mix of Brno fitness center FITKO JANA and on the base of the analysis result to design a communication mix that will increase sales of services. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part focuses on the theoretical interpretation and definition of important concepts of marketing, the second part introduces basic information about fitness center and analyzes the current marketing situation. The last part of the thesis, according to the marketing research using survey, will lead to the changes in existing communication mix of fitness center and to design new one, which will ensure greater awareness about the company and increase sales of services offered.
The use of electronic reverse auctions in the construction industry in Slovakia

This thesis is focused on analysis of the use of electronic reverse auctions in the construction industry in Slovakia. The theoretical part provides the basic concepts, types and participants of electronic auctions. There are also analysed in detail the electronic reverse auctions as an important tool for procurement processes in the construction industry. The practical part deals with the analysis and subsequent recommendation for the construction sector - through a questionnaire survey.

Obsahem této práce je analýza personálních činností ve společnosti Karafa s.r.o. Karafa s.r.o. je přední maloobchodní prodejce květin v České republice a v současnosti řeší problém vysoké fluktuace zaměstnanců a jejich nedostatečnou motivaci. Autor této práce použije především dotazník a další výzkumné metody, aby zjistil, jak jsou zaměstnanci spokojení se svou prací, a čím jsou motivováni. Cílem této teze bude návrh řešení, které pomůže zdokonalit personální činnosti a procesy ve firmě Karafa s.r.o.

The purpose of the master's thesis "On-line marketing communication" is a proposal to improve on-line marketing communication of a selected IT company. In theoretical part of the thesis most important terms and methods are defined. In analytical part a selected company is characterized, macroenvironment, microenvironment, marketing and communication mix of a selected company and then a questionanire survey is elaborated. In conclusion, based on gained outputs a specific own proposals for improving a on-line marketing communication of a selected company are developed.
Shopping atmosphere in the selected retail unit

The main objective of my diploma thesis was to conduct an analysis of the shopping atmosphere at a selected retail unit from the perspective of Czech consumers, and the development of recommendations for its possible improvement. The main method selected for the analysis and for the actual investigation consisted of a questionnaire survey among customers. The retail unit selected for the research was Electro World České Budějovice. An analysis of the shopping atmosphere of ElectroWorld České Budějovice shows that most customers perceive it positively. This can be confirmed and identified by the fact that customers return to this store and make repeated purchases.
