This thesis focuses on increasing the customer satisfaction of travel agency. Customer satisfaction is a key component for maintaining market position, company reputation and its growth. Client satisfaction is especially important in the area of services, including travel agencies. Based on a questionnaire survey among customers, using the NPS method and the KANO model, measures are designed for increasing it. Also the suggestions are obtained to improve company promotion with the use of customer survey.

The analysis of the offer of the travel agency VTT

The aim of this work is to analyse the offer of the travel agency VTT. The work starts with a specifying of tourism terms concerning the theme. In the next part the travel agency VTT is shortly presented. The work continues with a detailed analysis of the offer. Also the sales promotion is mentioned because it is closely connected with the offer. Finally on the basis of previous parts the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats are specified. The whole work is closed by a final evaluation of the offer of the travel agency VTT.

The next chapter belongs to the practical part of this thesis. The profile of travel agency Fischer, its development and services offered are described. The last chapter is devoted to the analysis of promotion, all the promotional methods are defined and the last part of this chapter includes the summary and the evaluation.
