Cílem práce je analyzovat nabídku cestovní kanceláře VTT. Práce začíná vymezením pojmů cestovního ruchu, které bezprostředně s daným tématem souvisí. V následující části je v krátkosti představena samotná cestovní kancelář VTT, aby poté mohla být její nabídka podrobena detailní analýze. Rozebrána je jak nabídka, tak i nástroje na podporu prodeje, které s produktem vždy velmi úzce souvisí. Analýza končí výčtem slabých a silných stránek, příležitostí a hrozeb stanovených na základě předchozích kapitol. Celou práci uzavírá shrnutí a celkové hodnocení nabídky cestovní kanceláře VTT. The aim of this work is to analyse the offer of the travel agency VTT. The work starts with a specifying of tourism terms concerning the theme. In the next part the travel agency VTT is shortly presented. The work continues with a detailed analysis of the offer. Also the sales promotion is mentioned because it is closely connected with the offer. Finally on the basis of previous parts the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats are specified. The whole work is closed by a final evaluation of the offer of the travel agency VTT.
