Project Risk Management for Selected Company

This diploma thesis is dealing with risk management application to specific project of production implementation in confectionary business, analyzing possible risks and suggesting needed corrections. The analysis of the current situation was created to help to reach the main goal. There was analysis of micro environment and macro environment followed by SWOT analysis which shows strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Special methods of project management were used, RIPRAN method for risk management. Based on previous analysis there is suggestion of possible needed corrections for the project.

Objective of this bachelor thesis is project management and planning of Summer School of Innovations at Brno University of Technology. The thesis analyse in detail the surroundings of the project in context of the International Students Club’s activities. The project will be managed by standardized tools of International Project Management Association. The thesis describes used methods and documentation which is transferred to practical use.

Bachelor thesis addresses the issue of subsidies from the EU Structural Funds and other financing options. Its aim is to understand and navigate the problems of raising funds to finance investment projects of INOTECH spol. s.r.o. The main objective is to select the most appropriate method of funding for this type of investment project. The resulting proposals follow the theoretical part and the results of the analysis of the current situation.

The content of this diploma thesis is an analysis of the current information system and a proposal for possible system efficiency. The work is divided into three parts. The first is focused on the theoretical starting points explaining the basic concepts used in the diploma thesis. The second part includes company introduction and the analysis of the information system. Based on the analysis of the information system is the last part, which contains the proposal for improving the information system of UXA spol. s r.o.
