Bakalářská práce se zabývá řízením a plánováním projektu Letní školy inovací na Vysokém učení technickém v Brně. Práce podrobně analyzuje prostředí projektu v souvislosti s činností Mezinárodního studentského klubu na VUT. Projekt bude zpracován nástroji podléhajícími standardu projektového řízení IPMA. Práce popisuje použité metody a dokumentaci a převádí je do praktického užití. Objective of this bachelor thesis is project management and planning of Summer School of Innovations at Brno University of Technology. The thesis analyse in detail the surroundings of the project in context of the International Students Club’s activities. The project will be managed by standardized tools of International Project Management Association. The thesis describes used methods and documentation which is transferred to practical use.
