A Tool for Administration of the Company Product Portfolio

In this work, we introduce the evolution of thinking in the field of corporate governance. We are focusing on process management and current possibilities information support business processes. We'll show you an overview of performance measurement tools and process efficiency. An important part of this work is dedicated to design its own discount site that allows its customers to bulk purchases of various goods and services at a bargain price. For this site was created by an instrument to promote corporate portfolio. The tool is designed to automatically monitor and analyze sales success in competition and thus promote the award of contracts and specific form of a sale on your own server. The end of work is devote to practical use of the discount site in the real environment and evaluation of results.
Company Development Strategic Framework Proposal with Emphasis on Product Portfolio

The purpose of this diploma thesis is a strategic development proposal for a Czech electrotechnical company with an emphasis on a product portfolio. The theoretical basis of this thesis serves as a structure for the analytical and the proposal part. Outputs of the external and internal analysis are the bedrock for formulation of strategic product portfolio development framework at the corporate and business level. The proposal provides a company with a framework for strategic behavior focused on better competitive ability, product portfolio expansion, and delivering higher value for customers of energetic engineering.
The Proposal for the Development of the Product Portfolio of a Company Operating in the Paper Industry

The diploma thesis deals with the topic of strategic management of the company's development with situational evaluation in the area of possibilities of expanding the product portfolio and subsequent proposal of key steps for entering the market with a new product. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the issues of strategic and investment decision-making on product strategy and product development, including a description of selected analytical and evaluation methods. The analytical part of the work focuses on the application of selected methods in a selected context of the business environment in order to identify key factors and evaluate the possibilities for decision-making with respect to the new product strategy. The final part develops the selected variant of product strategy development with an investment assessment of the expansion of a new product line, including recommendations to the company's sales department.

This bachelor thesis deals with marketing and its influence on healthy lifestyles, and explores their connections to each other. Specifically, it focuses on what prompts consumers to purchase healthy products and how healthy products are popular compared to conventional foods. Racio s.r.o., a health food company, was selected for the research. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the marketing communication and product portfolio of this company. Using competitive analysis and quantitative research, recommendations are formulated. These recommendations in the form of innovations are designed to underline the idea of a healthy lifestyle.

In the literature overview there is mentioned analysis focused on product portfolio and the company in gen-eral. The own work introduces the ABC company and its surrounding area. That’s followed by analysis and models which evaluate actual competitive position of the company on the market and perspectivity of the product portfolio build. Main goal of this thesis is to create the most suitable design for the product portfolio which would increase the effectivity and financial stability of the company based on the results of the analysis and models.
Region of Tábor and its Potential for Development of Tourism of Families with Children

In this time the tourism is very important branch of business and science as well. Tourism has a strong influence of positive development of destinations. It is positive socio economic and environmental impactis discussed many authors. This bachelor thesis is dedicated to the creation of tourism product portfolio for families with small children in the Tábor area. Tábor have a rich potential for aktive recreation. There are many things what to do here. The region is popular for the possibilities of swimming, sightseeing, cycling and other practicing other sports. The most important segment of tourists are the families with children. Firstly, it is because their quantity and the second future visits of small visit or when they will grow up. The first part deals with the oretical attitudes to investigated area. It deals with tourism and it is definition, tourism typology, tourism system and tourism supply. It determinates and briefly describes heterritory, which is very suitable for family holidays. Further it deals with primary and secondary offer analysis, demand analysis and analysis of competition. Primary date was collected by questionnaire survey and interview with two important people in tourism field in Tábor. The results of realized analyses are formulated into SWOT analysis, which forms strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Summarized information is the base for creating products portfolio. Then the proposals are adopted and measure simplemented to upgrade the product portfolio of tourism in the monitored area. There are two productsfor segment of families with children adopted. Based on the surfy finding the tourism for families with children can be promoted and developer better. It will lead to increase of tourism in this area.

The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the position of Groupe Renault within the current automotive industry with strategic analysis´ tools and methods. These methods of external and internal environment analysis are described in the theoretical part, and then applied to the practical part. Great emphasis is put on the automotive industry and portfolio analysis. Financial analysis in this thesis gives the brief overview of Groupe Renault´s financial situation and factors, that affected final economic results. The last part contains SWOT analysis, which summarizes all individual parts into SWOT matrix and is followed by a summary and recomendations for further development of all brands within Groupe Renault.
