Production of women´s clothing
Šťastná, Vladimíra ; Svoboda, Jiří (referee) ; Nový, Alois (advisor) ; Donaťáková, Dagmar (advisor)
The theme of my bachelor project is design of industrial factory producing women´s clothing in Brno – Zidenice. Building site in sloping terrain is used for right orientation of 3 buildings – an industrial hall, an affiliated storehouse and an auxiliary technic base. Part of the industrial hall is cantilevered and also the orientation reacts with the environs. Main ideas were to use the view and to group building to optimize producing process, also to build up satisfactory base for employees, as well as to impress people inside and outside the factory.
Woman´s Clothing Factory

The study of women's ready to wear clothers solves new manufacturing and administrative area located in an appartment neighborhoods, a cemetry with crematorium, an army base and wooded park Akatky in Brno, Zidenice. The structure is incorporated into slightly steep terrain close to current buildings and freely exemplifies them with it's spacious composition. The building is separeted into two functional units, one smaller structure and other larger. The first one contains the company's administration, restrooms and dining area. All of the warehouses are in the other part-essential materials, final products, cutting area, futhermore hardware rooms and at last the production hall itself. There are parking lots, pedestrian areas and green areas with planted trees to be used in summer months for short rest.

The subject of this thesis is the construction and technological project for distribution warehouses in Prague. Textual part contains a technical report on construction technology project, wider relations of traffic routes with marked critical points, the study of the main technological stages of the building, principles of organization of construction, design of the main building machines and mechanisms, technological regulations, inspection and test plans, health and safety on the site. In the section with attachments there is a map of the locality, drawings of site facilities, including road signs, charts of the movement of machines, the schedule of the main building structure, the budget of the main building structure, a plan for securing material resources, time and financial plan, an economic evaluation of site facilities, details and other technical documentation stages.
Design of the engineering structure
Svoboda, Adam ; Volf, Marek (referee) ; Klusáček, Ladislav (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with design issues of industrial buildings and is focused especially on design and assessment of short corbels. The first part of the thesis consists of a translation of technical text published by prof. J. Schlaich (E DIN 1045-1). In the second part of the thesis is the gained knowledge applied on assessment of existing industrial structure SUAS a.s. in Vřesová. For the analysis of short corbels is used the strut-and-tie model and the method of limitation of concrete compressive stress at the nodes of the strut-and-tie model. The thesis concludes with structural strengthening of nonconforming short corbels by using prestressed cables to ensure safe operation of the crane runway.
Building survey and evaluating the state of construction
Štěpánek, Jakub ; Komárková, Tereza (referee) ; Heřmánková, Věra (advisor)
This diploma thesis is focused on building survey and evaluating the state of existing constructions. Process of evaluating the state of existing constructions and selected diagnostic methods are described in the theoretical part. The practical part is dealing with performed structural and technical survey of two industrial structures including evaluation of the strength of concrete and verification of the reinforcement. The final part includes assessment of both of the evaluated structures.
Steel structure of an industrial building
Jílek, Josef ; Puchner, Josef (referee) ; Sýkora, Karel (advisor)
This thesis deals with structure of the single-aisle steel industrial hall in accordance with the arrangements of the building with a span of 30 m, a height of 84 m and corresponding height of the cantilever of a crane track girder is 9,0 m. In the hall are considered two cranes with a capacity of 50/12,5 t and 32/8 t. The main bearing element is formed by lattic truss stored on solid pillar down anchored in transverse direction. Distance of transversal pillars is 12 m and between them designed hanging purlins. The structure is designed for the district of Brno.
Technology and Innovation Centre Telč
Abrhámová, Tereza ; Suchánek, Petr (referee) ; Nový, Alois (advisor) ; Donaťáková, Dagmar (advisor)
The aim of the thesis was drafting of a technology and innovation centre in the developing area of city Telc -in the borough called 'Za Stinadly'. Objects, which are designed for various operations of small and medium enterprises, cover the maximum of provided area and their layout fully respects the contour lines. The entrance into the area is provided from the Trebicska street and the conflict-free movement of persons and vehicles is secured, too. Production units are divided into two types. The thesis is aimed on the production unit of type A with the production area of 75m2. Each unit has facilities for ten employees and consists of an office and an industrial hall. Important requirement was the variability of space. Units are connected to the endwise set of twelve, therefore they are dispositionally linked and easily connectable according to the customer's needs.
Strengthening of the industry ceiling structure
Neděla, Lukáš ; Požár, Michal (referee) ; Klusáček, Ladislav (advisor)
The subject of my thesis is a strengthening of an industrial ceiling structure. The work consists of a theoretical and a calculation part. The theoretical part defines the structure problems in detail. The calculation part consists of a static calculation and technical drawings. The output of the thesis is the solution for ceiling construction amplification and a demonstration of its correctness and a ca- rying capacity including construction documents.
Gmont Cable Brno
Hudečková, Simona ; Mikeš, Stanislav (referee) ; Nový, Alois (advisor)
The aim of the bachelor's thesis was the creation of individual parts of the project documentation – Documentation for Building Permits and Documentation for Building Construction. The project documentation was processed on the basis of the architectural study designed in subject AG035. The task of the bachelor's thesis was to design the G-mont Cable industrial factory, where cables will be manufactured. The area is located in the Brno-Slatina district. It extends over the Černovické terraces, it is the largest industrial zone in the Czech Republic. Currently, the land is registered as a brownfield of the former Roučka foundry. It is part of the Černovice terraces, the largest industrial zone in the Czech Republic. Currently, the land is registered as a brownfield of the former Roučka foundry. An important aspect in the design of the industrial factory was the connection of the current communication for supply to the new communication leading to the industrial hall and the appropriate orientation of the buildings to the cardinal points. The construction will be divided into an administrative part and an industrial part. These two parts will be connected by checkrooms for employees. All objects will be roofed by shading sunshades, which will optically connect the individual parts of the buildings into one building. The administrative part will consist of two two-storey buildings at different heights. There will be columns around both buildings, which will be covered with shading sunshades. The connecting building with the industrial hall will have only one floor and a terrace for employees will be available in front of it. The industrial part will consist of three halls at the same height as the administration. There will be a road around the industrial section serving freight traffic.
