The Expansion of Service "Ideal Tenant" to New Local Markets

Masters’ thesis suggests the optimal measures for the expansion of the service called “Ideální nájemce” to the new local market, concretely to Prague. In the theoretical part the crucial theoretical know-how is characterized. Knowledge described in the theoretical part was essential for the problem analysis and the proposal part. Business plan and its parts are defined together with the recommendations on how to proceed with the expansion. Furthermore it contains the analysis of the inner and outer space of the firm, which are PEST analysis, Porter‘s model of competitive environment, marketing mix and SWOT analysis. In the problem analysis the present trends and current firm’s position on the market are described, together with the analysis of the new market. Proposal part is based on the previous findings which were used to specify the concrete suggestions on how to achieve the defined objective, which is the expansion to the Prague’s market.

Evaluation of the Financial Situation of a Company and Proposals For Its Improvement

This thesis evaluates the financial situation of Pekárna Crocus, Ltd. between the years 2006 - 2011. The aim of this work is to evaluate the current financial position of the company and to draft proposals for its improvement. The first part will summarize all the theoretical knowledge, on the basis of which the practical part will be created. The second part consists of information relating to the company. In the third part of the work a financial analysis will be done and finally the proposals and measures to improve the current financial situation will be presented.

Analysis of the Selected Firm

The master´s thesis is focused on the analysis of real estate company M&M reality holding, a.s.. The mapping of the analysis focuses on the professional environment using the PEST analysis, Porter's five forces analysis, SWOT analysis and financial analysis. In the conclusion I propose recommendations that should lead to improve the current situation.

This master´s thesis deals with Invia.cz, a.s. performance analysis. First part of the thesis contains basic theoretical knowledge, regarding methods of company performance measurement. Next part is focused on description of the studied company and then performance assessment of the chosen company using START Model based on EFQM Excellence Model is elaborated. Proposals for improvement of the current situation are suggested in the last chapter.

This Master's thesis deals with the processing of a business plan for establishing a family guesthouse in Vysočina region in the village Tři Studně. The theoretical basis of the thesis includes development and growth of the company, company strategy, external and internal environment analysis, customer analysis and SWOT analysis. The practical part analyzes the current situation, the description of the pension and its surroundings. The design part calculates the cost of the project, predicts sales and average cost of accommodation.

Marketing Plan of the Aircraft L410 NG from Aircraft Industries, a.s.

This master´s thesis deals with compiling a marketing plan for L 410 NG aircraft, manufactured by Aircraft Industries a.s.. The first part includes general theoretical knowledge, focusing on the process of formulating a plan by analyzing the external environment SLEPTE , Porter's five forces model, SWOT analysis and marketing mix 5P. In the second analytical part, the fundamental theory is applied to the company. On the basis of the results achieved, the individuals steps of a new marketing plan, including costs and time schedule are formulated in the final part of the thesis.
