Data were analyzed using the clustering. Research has shown that the main advantages of multi-grade schools include the development of pupils' social skills, the possibility to work with pupils individually and a better school and class climate which prevents bullying and other socio-pathological phenomena. These schools also offer suitable educational conditions for pupils with special educational needs. The disadvantages include especially the difficulty of the work of the school headteachers and also of the teachers, who have high demands on the organization of teaching.
