Manipulation with material at storage
Moškoř, Jakub ; Dvořák, Milan (referee) ; Štroner, Marek (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with concept of storaging of metal sheets. Focusing on differences in metal sheet handling and storaging. Key aspects are effectivness of storaging space and material flow on critical day. There is also literal research in the field of material handling and handling technology as part of this thesis.
Proposal warehouse in engineering company
Švec, Michal ; Dvořák, Milan (referee) ; Štroner, Marek (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is a suggestion of warehouse in engineering factory that occures with processing of metal plates. First part of thesis is focused to studies about storage of the goods, logistic technology and to manipulation and ways how to storage metal plates. The second part contains of suggestion of storage in given conditions, technological evaluation of suggested variants and economical studies of payback period of investition to crane technology. The suggestion of the storage is completed with drawing documentation three variants of solutions.
LABORARTORY BRNO
Tománková, Michaela ; Palacký, Jiří (referee) ; Marek, Jiří (advisor)
Gallery of architecture, modern art and design is located on green belt of Brno on the corner of Milady Horákové and Koliště streets. The building is typical for its form - ribbon which meanders through the site and creates transparent, permeable shape and connects it to the surroundings. The building has 7 floors and basement. There are also studios, small auditorium, café and shop.
The manufacturing of coating metal sheet part
Sykáček, Jiří ; Hušek, Martin (referee) ; Císařová, Michaela (advisor)
SYKÁČEK Jiří: Production of a sheet metal part with a surface finish This project, elaborated as a part of my B2307 bachelor studies, has been compiled on the basis of a customer requirement to produce a battery cover exposed to an increased corrosion risk. It deals with the production technology of the part using various sheet metal materials of different surface finish. The most suitable solution has been found in using a cutting and a bending press. The chosen production method has been evaluated with regard to technological difficulties connected to processing thus modified sheet metal as well as with regard to economical cost of the production. Forming processes have been executed using a TRUMPF TC200R cutting press, having a nominal shearing force of 165 kN, and URSVIKEN Optiflex bending press, having a nominal pressing force of 1300 kN. Forming tools are optimally chosen according to the parameters of individual types of sheet metal. At the end the project evaluated the most convenient material to produce this part.
Manufacturing of Shaped Holes into Stamped Metal Sheet
Bartusek, Břetislav ; Hušek, Martin (referee) ; Dvořák, Milan (advisor)
The aim of bachelor thesis is a proposal of a new technology for manu-facturing of shaped holes into stamped metal sheets. The sheets are made of stainless steel DIN 1.4301 of thickness 0.8 mm. Square holes will be punched into a half-finished metal sheet with pre-pressed lengthwise stamps where elastic-plastic deformations occur. On the basis of study of the sheet metal forming technology, technological calculations and the machine adaptation, a new technology is proposed. The new technology is unassuming both with respect to machinery and tool equipment in a mechanical engineering factory. Also it enables solutions of dimensionally variable die stampings with stamps in higher quality for minimum costs. As the forming machine a punching press, model LDR 25-A, was chosen.
Bonding of thin metal sheets
Poul, David ; Kubíček, Jaroslav (referee) ; Dvořák, Milan (advisor)
Bachelor thesis is focused on theory and methods of adhesive bonding. Experimental part is focused on two topics: determining dependences of bonded joint shear tension on a cure time and determining dependences of bonded joint shear tension on a size of contact area. Loctite SI 5399 RD acetoxy silicone one component glue was used for these experiments. At determining dependences of bonded joint shear tension on a size of contact area tension is raising, but the grow wasn’t directly proportional on the grow of size of contact area. Determining dependences of bonded join shear tension on a cure time it was proved, that tension is raising first 24 hours very quickly. After this period is process slowing down and tension is increasing to its maximum. After 18 hours bond tension is solid enough to be handling, but 24 hours of curing time is more secured.
Formability of Thin Steel Sheets Coated with Anodized Aluminum
Hušek, Martin ; Suchánek, Jan (referee) ; Spišák,, Emil (referee) ; Dvořák, Milan (advisor)
Thesis deals with the design of the technological process of anodic oxidation (creating elox coating) on aluminium film in the system steel-aluminium-elox, with the findings of characteristics of this system, comparing with the contemporary knowledge and practical utilization of this system in practice. My thesis in the teoretical part describes creating of anodic oxidation (elox coating) and the process of bending and stretching the sheet. Theoretical aspects of interaction among elox finish, process of bendings and process of stretching are implemented in the experimental part and they are supported by identified knowledge and results. The practical part is focused on improving adhesion, designing and constructing a multifunctional bending product for testing resistance of the finish applied on a tested product. Under the terms of determination distributing deformation and tension in bended coated plate, this plate is tested by statistic analysis with the help of the Finit Element Method (FEM) in the programme ANSYS. The experimental part compares discovered results of each experiment in the system steel – aluminium – elox with the results of aluminium plates with elox finish, stainless plates and steel plates with aluzinc.
TOWNHOUSE ON THE WATERFRONT IN PŘEROV
Grísová, Petra ; Foretník, Jan (referee) ; Nový, Vítězslav (advisor)
The proposed building seeks to clearly define the parterre and waterfront street front. Parter creates a clear boundary and its height and location of commerce tries to keep urban character. Materials intended for housing subsides contrast to the northern edge of the land and release point for a better deal terraces. Terrace is located in 2.np and oriented to the river, the city and the sun. Creating a suitable semiprivate space for recreation and meeting residents. Corner is accented matter of different shapes and material.
Tests metal sheet in the engineering practice
Ivančo, Radek ; Štroner, Marek (referee) ; Dvořák, Milan (advisor)
The thesis presents the theoretical summary of tests metal sheets, which are used in industrial practice. Based on the literature study of cold metal forming was performed Erichsen test which tested body sheets DC06 + ZE, CR340LA + GI / GA50-U, CR300LA + GI / GA50-U. From the test result showed that all sheets are suitable for forming, as indicated by the supplier. It was designed product for testing thin sheets.
