Employer Branding in Selected Company

This bachelor thesis is focused on employer branding. The main objective of the thesis is to identify and to evaluate tools which are used for internal and external employer branding and to propose measures that might improve the management of employer branding in a selected company. The theoretical part of the thesis specifies the internal and external tools and processes which are used in building and evaluating the employer branding. In the practical part these tools are compared with the methods used by the selected company for building their own employee brand and with a case study based on two questionnaire surveys. One survey was carried out among students and graduates and the other one among employees of the selected company.

In this bachelor thesis I dealt with the issue of Human Resource marketing in a selected organisation with the concept of personnel marketing. Personnel marketing is divided into internal and external personnel marketing. Personnel marketing is focused on processes of obtaining human resources, selecting human resources and retaining current human resources in a company. Another discussed topics were benefits and bonuses, opportunity of career growth and building the Employer brand. The conclusion of the bachelor thesis contains the proposed changes and some measures that make selected company more prosperous.
Personnel marketing at Higher Education Institutions

The diploma thesis "Personnel Marketing at Higher Education Institutions" deals, in its theoretical part, with the description of personnel marketing, its definition and meaning. The first chapter of the theoretical part describes its division into external and internal personnel marketing. The second chapter focuses on the selected activities of external personnel marketing at higher education institutions, building a school image and using social networks to recruit new workers. The third chapter describes selected activities of internal personnel marketing, namely internal communication, organizational culture and development and education of staff. In the research part, the questionnaire survey explores the use of personnel marketing at higher education institutions, supplemented by an analysis of the publication of vacancies on the websites of aforementioned institutions. On the basis of the results of the investigations, at the end of the thesis, proposals and recommendations for improvement of personnel marketing are provided. The aim of the diploma thesis is to describe the applicability of personnel marketing at higher education institutions through its selected activities. Personnel marketing - Personnel marketing focused on university students and graduates

The character of activities of human resource management is in today's world wider and wider, to be a good employer is not enough, it is needed to communicate this message through various channels and grip potential employees, current employees and also the public. On the basis of analyzis of available sources, the thesis summarizes and completes current knowledge in the area of personnel marketing and employer branding, and proves the importance of personnel marketing in the discipline of human resource management. The theoretical part at first concentrates on the general area of personnel marketing, later it covers specific activities of personnel marketing focused on the target group of university students and graduates. The practical part of the thesis describes the approach of a specific organization and activities of that organization focused on the target group of university students and graduates. Later the practical part describes a project of building university relations in which I took a part, the results of this project, and evaluation of the impact of the results. In the end the thesis compares the activities of this organization with prevalent praxis and answers a question if the success of personnel marketing is based rather on quantitative or qualitative approach. Recruitment process in an international company

The goal of the thesis Recruitment process in an international company is to analyze processes such as recruitment and selection of employees at Continental Trutnov and to describe the strenghts and weaknesses and to propose actions which could improve the above mentioned HR activities. The theoretical part of the thesis deals generally with personnel management. Furthemore, this part also explains recruitment and selection of employees and it also describes theoretically the process of adaption of employees. In the practical part of thesis, how recruitment and selection of employees proceed in Continental. In practical part, the survey with topic Satisfaction with recruitment and adaptation process was conducted. Several optimization steps were proposed based on the results of this employee survey, which could improve the recruitment and adaptation process.
Zhodnocení práce Transparency International v České republice

This thesis aims to assess the marketing strategy and HR management done at Transparency International in the Czech Republic and to propose improvements that could help increase the awareness about the organization. To achieve this, the perception of the Czech citizens is evaluated via questionnaire. Afterwards the marketing strategy done in the Czech branch is described based on the interview with the representative of Transparency International. In the end, the individual elements are compared which enables to define improvement recommendations for the organization.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to describe implements of personnel marketing and analyse effectivity of its application in internal company practice. Then, based on the identified indicators, provide recommendations for optimizing internal procedures according to personnel marketing. For the formulation of the theoretical part, outputs from the literature research were used. To acquire data to measure the effectiveness, the questionnaire survey was used on a specific group consisting of middle and lower management personnel of the company surveyed.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze processes such as recruitment and selection of employees at Nestlé Česko s.r.o., to identify the strengths and weaknesses and to propose actions that could optimize the above mentioned HR activities while taking into account current trends in that field. The theoretical part of the thesis provides a comprehensive framework related to human resource management, especially traditional and modern methods and concepts related to Recruitment, as well as the overview of an area of personnel marketing and a generation Y. In the practical part of this thesis, several optimization steps were proposed based on the results of an employee survey and the analysis of recruitment and employee selection practices at Nestlé.

This diploma thesis is focused on employer branding. Most often employer branding is considered to be an application of marketing principles in personnel management. Therefore the aim of this work is to provide a more comprehensive idea of this concept. To comprehend the real meaning of employer branding, its function. To proper describe the most important impacts on its specific form and the relationship with employer brand as well as other phenomena such as organisational culture, identity, marketing. Knowledge of employer branding in a broader context, allows us to better understand that employer branding is important for the organization both in terms of obtaining a sufficient number of new employees, as well as in terms of retaining current employees and enhance their loyalty and commitment. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part describes a more precise definition of employer branding. Further it pays attention to the content of employer branding and its main tools that are used to strengthen the position of the organization as an employer in the market.
