Cílem této bakalářské práce je popsat nástroje personálního marketingu a analyzovat efektivitu jejich aplikace v interní podnikové praxi, na základě zjištěných ukazatelů pak poskytnout doporučení pro optimalizaci interních postupů ve vztahu k personálnímu marketingu. K vytvoření teoretické části byly použity výstupy z rešerše odborné literatury. Pro měření efektivity bylo využito dat získaných z dotazníkového šetření na specifické skupině, konkrétně zaměstnancích středního a nižšího managementu zkoumané společnosti. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to describe implements of personnel marketing and analyse effectivity of its application in internal company practice. Then, based on the identified indicators, provide recommendations for optimizing internal procedures according to personnel marketing. For the formulation of the theoretical part, outputs from the literature research were used. To acquire data to measure the effectiveness, the questionnaire survey was used on a specific group consisting of middle and lower management personnel of the company surveyed.
