KRISTLOVÁ, Martina. Competences and skills of teachers for implementation personal and social education of school work. Praha: Faculty of Education, Charles 's Univerzity, 2019. The diploma theisis. The diploma thesis is concerned with social and personal education at primary school. Its finds out competences and skills of teachers how they can carry their positive influence on their pupils expect of school environment. Theorectical part describes personal progress of child and social education. Then types of educations by teachers we can find out there., teaching methods and teaching 's methods implementation to the personal and social education of pupils as well. Practical part of diploma thesis contains three methods of research. The first one is long-time watching of teachers methods of education and pupils 's behaviour during the teaching lesson. The second one is oneself-evaluateing questionnaire for teachers. The last method includes two questionnaires for pupils and the both of them are researching popularity or unpopularity for pupils in the classroom. Personality of educationalist in kindergarten

This bachelor´s thesis concerns the personality of kindergarten teachers. The theoretical part is related to the personality of teachers, professional competencies, the typology of personality and a short review of the pedagogy of Maria Montessori. The practical part is based on quality research by means of deep half-structured interviews. The narative approach was used for the analysis of the data aquired. The interviews took place with four kindergarten teachers. The aim of this thesis is to strike to the kindergarten teachers' personality and look into their lives which had lead them onto this professional path.

(in English): This work focus on the topic of the educational staff in Vocational education schools with vocational training field. This type of secondary schools prepare pupils mainly for handicraft and this process should be led by qualified teachers. The Act of Educational staff from 2005 describes teachers at schools facilities, sets the qualification prerequisities for their activities, their in-service training and partially career system. The training of teachers of practical education and teachers of practical trainig may consist of 4 years of study at a secondary school, followed 3 years of study tertiary profesional education or 3 to 5 years at a university. Pedagogical training follows these studies, for graduates from non-pedagogical fields of studies usually represents a futher 3 years of bachelorś studies or 2 years of studies on a life-long learning study programme at the university. Teachers of practical education and teachers practical training get their vocational qualification at universities, tertiary schools and secondary schools in the field of study which correspond to the nature of the practical education. Multicultural aspects at teachers work

and key words Annotation in Czech This thesis deals with multicultural aspects in teachers' work. In addition, the survey provides a certain historical context related to the education of minorities in the Czech Republic before 1989, and describes the current situation in the area of multicultural education in our country. It examines how teachers should be equipped to deal with situations linked to multicultural education and what teaching methods teachers use to motivate pupils. In the practical part, it shows examples of several lessons in which teachers work with broad topics of multicultural education. It also contains an overview of several case studies based on experience. The work should contribute to a greater discussion of the subject.
