This diploma thesis deals with the proposal for changes of motivational system in the company JULI Motorenwerk, Ltd. The theoretical part deals with the processes of motivation and selected motivational theories. The analytical part is focused on the history of the selected company, its characteristics and company processes. After that the analysis and evaluation of the current motivational system of the company is presented. In practical part, based on theoretical knowledge and analysis, a more effective motivation system is proposed. The proposed changes should lead to increased employee satisfaction and consequently to better working results and higher business performance.

Diploma thesis deals with the stimulation tools in a big manufacturing company with which it’s possible effectively influence the work force. The first part is focused on theoretical and methodical area; it describes the importance of personal management and human resource management, influence employees in the procedure and effective communication. The second section represents the current situation of personal management, motivation and communication tools in the company. In the third part founds own analysis which was carried out by interview, it presents results of research. The fourth part shows possible solutions for problems of stimulation and communication with the staff.
Increasing of Effectiveness of Managerial Work in Judiciary

This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the actual state of manpower and managerial activity at the Supreme Administrative Court (SAC) as the highest judicial authority. Based on the findings from the questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews with the managers of the SAC changes in the management of the SAC are proposed that shall lead to the intended aim, i. e. increase efficiency of managerial work.
