Recruitment and Selection of Employees in Selected Company

This thesis focuses on the analysis of the recruitment and selection of employees at CONTEG, s. r. o., based in Pelhřimov. The goal of the thesis is to evaluate the system of recruitment and selection of employees in the selected company and to suggest possible changes for the improvement of this system. The first part of the thesis concentrates on a general description and theoretical principles of human resource management, with an emphasis on the recruitment and selection of new employees. The content of the practical part involves examining the current state within the company, applying two research methods: quantitative and qualitative. The survey is conducted through a questionnaire, complemented by a structured interview with the director of the HR department. The questions included in the questionnaire are designed to provide quantifiable data suitable for statistical processing. This method of processing enables a thorough understanding of the problems the company faces. In conclusion, the thesis presents suggestions for making the recruitment and selection process more efficient.

The content of this bachelor thesis is an analysis and proposals of recommendation in spere of selection procedure employed and subsequent employee rating so they could promoted quality of service. The theoretical part of this work is dealing with staffing, intake, selection procedure, occupational training, motivational program. In the practical part of this thesis you can find analysis of staffing the company trought the medium questionaire inguiry answer system. I have done proposales trought the obtained data for selection procedure add stream and accomplish of staffing.
Recruitment procedure of employees in Tecnocap s.r.o.

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of recruitment procedure of employees in company Tecnocap s.r.o. The current status and attempt to suggest some improvement in the selection is identified. This improvement is suggested to be used in the company. The main aim is to get as many candidates as possible for choosing and deciding which candidate is the best for the job. Great focus is placed on the low budget of the entire process of recruitment and selection of employees. First employees fill the questionnaires that relate job satisfaction. The questi-onnaires are handed personally, which ensures high return of them. Next an interview with the HR director follows. Analysis and overall evaluation are made by the collected data. These data are used in future recruitment of employees.
The management of the sport organisation

This bachelor thesis concentrates on the management of the sport organisation Handball Jindrichuv Hradec. The main aim of this bachelor thesis is an acquisition of resources, mainly financial resources and human resources. The analysis consists in a quantitative method. It uses a personal interview with the chairman of the sport organisation Ing. Jaroslava Krupicová. The research is composed of short interviews with people live who live in Jindrichuv Hradec. The main task is to find out if people are aware of social media of this organisation and if they even know about the current situation of the handball club in Jindrichuv Hradec. The thesis presents recruitment, promotion, financial situation and primarily functioning of chosen organisation. Work is divided to two parts. The first part is literary survey and the second one is practical part. The results are published in a graphical and tabular form. The outcomes based of acquired information from questionnaire survey are processed in several suggestions which can be useful for the improvement of the organisation.

Title of the thesis: Marketing communication of the club TJ Pedro Pérez Chodov toward the fans Objectives: The main objective of the thesis is to determine the current situation of marketing communication of the club Pedro Pérez Chodov toward the fans and point to the proposals, which would lead to its improvement. Methods: Written interview, personal interview, situation analysis, evaluation and interpretation of facts. Results: By using the information obtained from the research, there was found, that the current marketing communication of the club TJ JM Pedro Pérez Chodov is sufficient. Despite the fact, there are still some areas for progress. Therefore there are presented proposals that could lead to an improvement of the current marketing communication toward the fans. Then in the consequence create new methods and tools of marketing communication that could be used. Methods: The method used in this paper was a qualitative descriptive case study, which was prepared based on the analysis of documents and personal interviews, namely semi- structured interview with a member of the company. Results: The outcome of this work is a new marketing communication strategy for the period May 2013 to August 2014 of the company HISPORT, Ltd., which was created based on the summary of the advantages, disadvantages and possible extension of existing marketing communications. The strategy includes adapted existing and new means of promotion, description of these tools, media-timing plan and financial plan. Satellite Towns - Origin and Development in the Czech Republic

The goal of the bachelor thesis is to analyse the origin and development of satellite towns in the Czech Republic. Satellite towns developed differently throughout the Czech Republic and they differ from those that are abroad. The situation of satellite towns in our republic is elaborated in a case study focused on the satellite town in Třeštice. It deals with what was preceded by the origin of the satellite. A part of the case study, is personal interviews with the native inhabitants of the old part of village, as well as with the inhabitants of the new satellite town. The aim of the interviews is to find out how the new inhabitants are involved in the social life of the village from the point of view of participation in social and political events. In conclusion, development of satellite towns in Czech republic and case study are analysed.
