High standard detached house

This bachelor work solves project documentation of a high standard detached house . The building is designed on gently sloping land in the village of Dolní Heřmanice. Access to the building is from the local paved road, the entrance to the house is on the first floor. The house is designed as a standalone house with two floors, the second floor is above the portion of the first floor. Roofing of the building is a combination of two flat roofs and pent roof. The structural system of the house is made of brick blocks, including the ceiling construction. It is designed for a family of four.

Family house with an establishment

This project addresses a cascade two-storey detached house with a residential unit on the 1st floor, which is designed for 4-5 people, and massage parlor on the 2nd floor. The house is to be bulit on the undeveloped outskirts of the village Větřní on a sloping land with a slant of approximately 25%. The building, including the massage parlor on the 2nd floor, is accessible from a local road. The main entrance is located on the 1st floor on the northern side of the house. It is accessible from a staircase which is protected against adverse weather conditions by a wooden pergola. Vertical structures are designed from the Porotherm system. As far as the roof structure is concerned, it combines extensive green roofing with damp proof foil roof insulation.

This bachelor thesis deals with the design documentation of a detached house with the hairdressing saloon, which is designed as a two-floor, partially with the basement. In the basement, there is the technical background of the house, storage rooms and laundry room. On the first floor, there is the hairdressing saloon, as well as a garage and other living rooms. The second floor is used only for residential purposes. The building is designed as a stand-alone house on a flat terrain. The roof is designed as a pent roof with two planes.

This bachelor thesis deals with the working out of the project documentation to execution of a new house of a detached house with a garage for two cars. The house is placed on a sloping land in the village of Žeravice (696 47). It is a two-floor house for 4 persons and it has one above-ground floor and an attic. In the first above-ground floor there is a vestibule. From this vestibule there is the entrance leading to the garage, hall, living room with the kitchen, WC and a technical room. In the attic, there is a floor, bedroom with a closet and a bathroom. Moreover, there are also two rooms with their own closets and another bathroom. The house is built on strip made of concrete. Vertical and horizontal supporting structures of the house are from the cement-chips shuttering system (Velox). The roof of both the house and the garage is a pent, single-aisle roof with a slope of 7 ° plotted with glued trusses.

The subject of bachelor‘s thesis is a new detached house with sauna in Rudoltice u Lanskrouna. The building is placed on a sloping land and has a partial basement and has two storey. Sauna is located in ground floor. The house is roofed by vegetation roof, roof with concrete pavement and pent roof with a slope of 10,0° plotted with a concrete roof tiles. The house is built on strip made of concrete. Horizontal supporting structures and vertical supporting structures in the overgound part of building are from Porotherm system. Vertical supporting structures in basement are from concrete permanent formwork. Outer walls are insulated. Part of outer walls is plastered with a silicone plaster, part is covered with wood paneling. The garage in basement is for one car.

The building's basement with two floors. Premises will be used as a specialized bike shop. The building is from the system Porotherm, covered with a shed roof and flat roof.

The goal of this Bachelor thesis is the design and project documentation for a residential house. It is designed as a single-family detached, three-story house with a partial basement and a developed attic. The foundation system of the house is supported by MONOLITHIC foundation grade-beams. The support system of the partial basement is designed with the use of concrete blocks. The wall system of the rest of the stories uses the POROTHERM masonry system. Ceiling structures are comprised of POROTHERM ceramic-concrete members with MIAKO brick inserts. The designed proposes a two-layer ventilated flat roof. The building is situated on a level ground.
Multi-storey Wooden Building

Master’s thesis deals with complete project documentation of newly built object of library and mediatheque located on the site in České Budějovice. It is a three-storey building divided into three parts, one-storey, two-storey and three-storey. It is partly basement. The underground part is devoted to main storage spaces of library services, management offices and social facilities for staff (toilets, changing rooms, washrooms). This part of the building has own entrance for employees. In the 1st floor is located the main library area along with exhibition spaces and the main entrance for visitors with self service cloakroom. In the 2nd floor are designed library spaces for visually impaired persons with fund of audio books, CDs and DVDs, a lecture hall with a projector and own kitchen and space for reading magazines and periodicals. From this floor is possible access to the outdoor terrace, which has own terrace furniture store nearby. In the 3rd floor is located a literary café with its own facilities. In each floor are also designed sanitary facilities for use by persons with limited ability of movement and orientation. All floors are connected by stairs and passenger lifts. In terms of construction, the building is designed as a frame, in the underground parts made of reinforced concrete, the overhead of glued laminated timber elements. The ceiling structure designed over the underground floor is monolithic reinforced concrete slab. The ceilings in the upper part are designed as a wooden beamed made of the glued laminated timber elements. The building has a pent roof created by wooden trusses assembled with punched metal plate fasteners. The foundations are designed as belts and footings. The study, detailed documentation, thermal-technical evaluation of selected structures and fire safety of the building are processed. For processing of the thesis were used software AutoCAD 2010, Teplo 2011, Area 2011, Ztráty 2011 and Fire NX 802 PRO.

This bachelor thesis deals with building a detached house with establishment made of a building wall panel system Supertherm. The house will be located in a town of Zastávka in Brno-venkov district. It is designed as a three-storey house including a partial underground storey. The house is based on unreinforced concrete strip foundations. Regarding the constructions, the building is a combination of concrete blocks in a basement and ceramic blocks in the first and second storeys. Ceilings of the house are designed as monolithic – cross reinforced concrete slabs. A supporting structure of a stairway is made of reinforced concrete. A double-face pent roof and a terrace in the second storey complete the house. An upper part of the house consists of wooden cladding.
