Private deck of cards created during six-month survey and documentation of daily experiences. The package contains 49 cards and it is inspired by a set of 78 tarot cards. Text content - reverse side of the card was created using diary notes. Face side of the card was chosen as a representation of processes taking place usually in days when the card was read.

This thesis deals with the breaktime at the first grade of primary school, especially at the first class. The work is divided into two main parts. The theoretical part is devoted to the basic characteristics of school and education, develoments peculiarity of childs under school age, and finally the principal topic of the breaktime. The second part contains the braketime research of primary school in Liberec. The research includes methods of a structured observation of the first class pupils supplemented by interviews with pupils and their class teacher. The aim of this thesis is to present the current proces of breaketime and also to make comparison the first and 5th class and show the possibilities which are applicable to change the current proces.
Additional physical activities of pupils of the 2nd grade of elementary school

Title: Additional physical activities of pupils of the 2nd grade of elementary school Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to describe and classify various possibilities of integrating physical activity into the school regime of pupils aged 11-15, which reduce the sedentary stereotype and help to fulfil the recommended amount of daily physical activity of pupils. Methods: In the theoretical part, a search of literature and electronic sources was carried out. The practical part included a questionnaire to determine the current situation in schools in the Czech Republic. The questionnaire was created in Google Forms, Mailchimp was used to distribute the questionnaire and statistical processing of the results was completed in Microsoft Excel. The selection of respondents was randomly stratified by districts. Results: The theoretical part described a number of teaching forms and methods related to movement, including specific suggestions and inspirations in various subjects. The results of the questionnaire showed a high level of interest in the topic among school officials, but also a rejecting attitude of some respondents. Pupils'work with building blocks during breaks

The diploma thesis deals with a free play with building blocks during breaks. The aim of this work is to find out how the free play with building blocks is beneficial for pupils at primary school. The whole work is divided into 3 chapters and each of them is concerned with the importance of the play in one specific area. The first part deals with the benefits of the play for the development of pupils' mathematical skills, the second part deals with the benefits of the play for the development of social skills among pupils. The third part is then aimed at the value of observing pupils during the free play for teachers. The research was conducted using observation during which photographs and video records of pupils' play were made. The photographs and the video records were consequently analyzed from the perspective of all 3 categories mentioned earlier. Use of freetime activities for the secondary school children during school breaks

Title: The use of free time activities for the pupils of secondary schools within the school breaks. Intention:. The aim of this research is to find out whether the observed pupils spend less time on their mobile phones when there are provided sport or other kind of activities which are carried out by school for this particular reason within the school breaks. Methodology: This was a quantitative analysis a comparison of the time spent on a mobile phone in older school age pupils during a twenty-minute school break with time spent on a mobile phone in the event of the same break but with sport and leisure activities. By random selection, one class was selected from the 6th, 7th and 8th class. The research was attended by children of the upper school age (11-15 years). A total of 77 pupils from 6, 7, 8. classes and 40 pupils of the 9th class. This research included a vulnerable group of minors. The 9th year was used in the research to implement the activities themselves and to assist in systematic structured observation. Results: The complete analysis shows higher percentage of mobile phone use in two classes with the emphasis on the days with activities rather than without. The thesis titled School Recess (5th grade) describes the processes and how children spend their free time between lessons. This thesis aims for a global view on the whole issue of recess and the concept of the structure of the school day. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and a research. The theoretical part summarizes all available and relevant facts regarding the topic. It deals with the characteristics of the school environment, summarizes the biological and psychological development of children in the age group, and defines the function of breaks. The practical part of the thesis presents results of the research conducted through the research methods of observation and questionnaire. The results are interpreted and then descriptively assessed in accordance with the theoretical part. The last part of the research work is a comparison of the thesis' results with the same theme thesis focused on younger age groups. Finally, the conclusion of this thesis is that break time is necessary for children, and a significant time for relaxation, communication and interaction, play, socialization, and meeting the needs of bodily functions.
