This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of personal development of managers and its impact on the efficiency and success of a company. The theoretical part defines key concepts such as management functions, roles, leadership styles, motivation, time management, and work-life balance. The practical part examines the current state of personal development of managers in the company a questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews. Based on the information obtained, measures are proposed to improve the work environment and support the development of managers, eading to increased efficiency, motivation, and overall success of the company.

This master’s thesis is devoted to investigation of the issues connected with the competence and personal development of the employees at manager positions. The thesis consists of four parts. In the first part, the questions connected with competence are detailed. The second part deals with selected problematic of staff-testing and the following part describes the possibilities of personal development and further education of employees. The last part is devoted to the practical application of the theoretical knowledge’s in real working environment. The conclusions in the form of recommended changes are also included in this part.

This bachelor thesis is focused on analysis of self-development in construction companies. The theoretical part of this thesis puts emphasis on the basic terms from the construction field, motivation and self-development. In the practical part of this thesis the working hypothesis are proposed and the exploratory research is carried out with its analysis. The final part deals with conclusions; and suggestions for personal improvement in the construction company are there described.

Title: Attitudes of Outdoor Education Specialization Students at Charles University Faculty of Physical Education and Sport towards Adrenaline Sports. Aims: The aim of my bachelor's thesis is to analyse the relationship of students specializing in outdoor education at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport, Charles University, towards adrenaline sports or challenging activities and determine whether their attitudes have changed after choosing this specialization. Methods: 83 students specializing in outdoor education participated in the research. An anonymous survey method was used. The survey was created on the Survio online platform and subsequently distributed via email or personal contact. The survey consisted of 19 questions, including 13 closed-ended, 3 semi-closed, and 3 open-ended questions. The resulting data were processed and evaluated using Microsoft Excel, and the subsequent values were inserted into pie charts and bar graphs and briefly described. All data obtained through this survey were used for the research results. Results: The results of the survey showed that the overall attitude of respondents towards adrenaline sports is 75.9% positive. The diploma thesis deals with the motivation of managers in the field of further education. The aim of the diploma thesis is to find out how kindergarten principals with practice perceive their own motivation to continue their education, or to identify a certain key critical period during their career as a kindergarten principal. Attention is paid to the characteristics of managers, their motivation, personal development and further education. Issues related to the burnout syndrome, possible factors causining the resigns of a manager, fundamental obstacles in motivation and critical moments of managers in their careers are also elaborated. The thesis includes qualitative research based on personal interviews with educational leaders, which took the form of semi-structured interviews. Qualitative research was chosen on the basis that appropriate methods could be used to achieve the stated aim of the thesis. A research sample was selected and specified for the qualitative research work. The research sample for this thesis was selected as the headmistresses of kindergartens who have long experience in the position, six years or more. The work is devoted to goals in the school group. It characterizes the school group, its school educational program and describes the most important developmental characteristics of the child that influence the creation of educational goals. The work also describes the role of the educator in the school group. In the second chapter, the work deals with the term goal and goals in the school group in connection with the goals of school education. In the last part, the work presents an illustrative survey conducted with educators of two selected school groups (ZŠ Záboří, ZŠ T. G. Masaryka Blatná). The obtained information confirms that educators are working with educational goals and curriculum documents that refer to them.

This work deals with the shift of the comfort zone and personal development of participants in teambuilding events. The first part defines key terms such as teambuilding, comfort zone, personal development, motivation and stimulation. Next part presents survey using structured interviews. Respondents were asked about their experiences with the shift of the comfort zone and personal development at such events. The following part analyses the interviews to find out whether these teambuilding events have any impact on the personal development and shift of the participants' comfort zone.
Mask in leisure activities of adolescent youth

This bachelor thesis deals with the use of masks in leisure activities of adolescents. It is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part deals with leisure, characterizes the age group of adolescence from a psychological point of view and presents the current situation of adolescents through the eyes of experts. The third chapter describes the phenomenon of mask, its definition, division of masks and mask as a means of working with identity. The last chapter of the theoretical part is devoted to theater mask. The practical part generally introduces the educational project and used methods. Subsequently, presents five specific activities with the theme of mask for adolescents. The activities are designed in order to attract adolescents but above all help to develop their personality and identity.
The influence of experiential education to their participants

The thesis deals with the influence of the various forms of experiential education on its participants. The theoretical part describes the basic terms of experiential education, its development, goals, forms, and principles. The empirical part consists of the qualitative research based on an observation method and a semi-structured interview whose aim was to analyse whether, and if so how, the experiential education used in the authorial project Saan influences its participants. The main aim of the thesis was to evaluate in what way are the participants influenced by the experiential education and then to compare this theoretical knowledge with the conducted research.
