Factors influencing the successful inclusion of Children from Children's Homes into the independent Life

The Diploma Thesis deals with the topic of Factors influencing the unsuccessful inclusion of children from children's homes into their independent life. At the theoretical level existing knowledge concerning institutional education are summarized as well as the knowledge about factors influencing the integration process of children from children's homes into their independent life. The work aims to find and to name the factors which according to the opinion of children themselves caused them to be unsuccessful in the entering of the independent life. Another aim of the fork is to find out whether it is possible to propose any recommendations leading to elimination of the factors. The aims of the work were achieved through a qualitative research survey in which seven children told their life story. They left Children's home Dolní Počernice more than a year ago. At the same time their entry into the independent life could be qualified as unsuccessful according to the chosen criteria. It was find out that the factors influencing the unsuccessful inclusion of children from Children's homes into the independent life according to the children themselves include - return to their original families, lack of funds, absence of employment and housing and lack of staff support. Adolescent psychosocial moratorium of contemporary young people

The topic of this Bachelor thesis is entitled Adolescent Psychosocial Moratorium of Modern Youth. The aim of this thesis is to mediate the insight into the life of young adults (young adult families) who remain in the original family. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of adolescence in context of various developmental theories and provides a detailed description of adolescent psychosocial moratorium and its scientific research. Furthermore, this part clarifies the importance of family in the life of adolescents and the ways of their emancipation. The practical part presents the results of a qualitative research strategy which had been obtained by using depth interview method. The research investigated the reasons the young adults remain in their original family.
Well-being of adolescents in a stepfamily related to the start of independent life

This thesis deals with adolescence of individual in the context of a family milieu of step family. It is focused on perceiving of contentment of an adolescent with his life in a step family as a determinant in relation to the start of independent life. The thesis consists of theoretical and empirical character. The introduction deals with the theoretical anchoring of each key concept. Individual chapters are dedicated to the step family concept definition. This is done from point of view of terminology, meaning of content, typology and related problems, theoretical framework of adolescence process and definition of basic theoretical life-satisfaction concept. The empirical part is devoted to the quantitative survey which was carried out through a questionnaire survey. The aim of this research was to find out whether the satisfaction/dissatisfaction of adolescent with the life in a step family influences the tendency to start an independent life. The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to determine, how an act of independence in village Držovice influenced its people in quality of life. The results extend the understanding of this issue and can help the interested public which is considering an act of independence, in decision-making. Form of the survey is quantitative research, used method is interview and questionnaire will be used as technique.
Young women - the college graduates, their working aspirations and ideas about family life

This thesis deals with the women-graduates, their working aspirations and their conception of a family life. In the theoretical part the university education of Czech women is described, in terms of historical development and also and the current situation of the Czech universities, in terms of number of women studying there. In the next part the attention is paid to the women's level of education aspirations and their motivation for studying. Students usually finish their education during the period of life, which is referred to as a young adulthood according to the evolutionary psychology. The thesis deals with the transition of young people into adulthood and describes the specifics of this period, from the perspective of women. Young people in particular enter into their working life, accept their new job role and become independent. Young woman is also expected to become mother after finishing her education. Today's young women must solve the dilemma. They have to decide for their work or for their maternal role. Usually they try to harmonize them. In the practical section the opinions of four young women - graduates are presented. Their attitudes to this life period were found out by means of the depth interview. Women mainly described the period of the university study and their motivation for studying. The other topics of the interview was the moment of graduation and their entry into working life. Finally the process of achieving independence from parents was found out, also the conception of establishing their own families, their maternal role and the idea about coordination this role with their job aspirations.
