Proposal for Changes of Organizational Structure in a Small Company

The work deals with the organizational structure of the selected company. Organizational structure is designed to effectively reflect current needs. The proposed changes are implemented based on an analysis of the current state of the researched business area. The key sources of analysis were secondary sources in the form of internal materials and data obtained by observations and interviews with management. The main output of this work is the design of a new organizational structure, which is necessary to ensure the smooth running of the company, especially more effective cooperation between members of management consisting mainly of defining competencies and mutual communication.
Proposal of change company organization structure

The aim of this diploma thesis is to suggest new organization structure in the industry company, the main is to focus on individual organization components and to specify goals, which would be achieved by this restructure. The proposal of new enterprise organization structure is made on basics of analysis of present situation in company, provided information and internal sources from employees and Management Company. In scope of this diploma thesis I suggested new organization structure, which faces to improve of its efficiency – decreasing of costs and increasing of productivity.
Transformations of the British Labour Party in the 1980s

The bachelor thesis deals with detailed characteristic of the transformation of the british Labour Party in 1979 - 1994. The core of the work is to provide a deep insight into organizational and personal structure of the party and to analyse party's policy statements. The 1979 ended Labour Party's government performance for a long time. The aim of this work is to observe organizational as well as ideological changes by which the party reacts to its own unsatisfactory electoral results. Finding the reasons why approved modifications did not help the party to win general elections is absolutely crucial. The period before 1979 including the description of international situation and electoral change is described in the opening part to outline initial conditions of further observed stretch of time. Afterwards particular periods between general elections are presented themselves. A full image of problems pursuing labours between 1979 and 1994 is given by analysing manifestos, organization of the party, development of pre-election campaigns and public opinion. The one of the main cause leading to the long-term lack of success was voter's displeasing experience with the last government of the Labour Party. Attitudes of common employees to the organizational changes and causes of worries and refusing changes

The thesis focuses on employees' attitudes to organizational changes, range of their possible reactions and models of organizational change implementation. This thesis aims at common employees and their view on the phenomenon of organizational change. The theoretical part presents the issue of organizational change, shows the basic types of changes and names the possible causes of changes. It also provides a short insight into the historical development of employees' position in organizations. The empirical part focuses on the proposal of research project. This project presents the replication of the Taiwanese research and is dealing with the relationship between perceive organizational support and resistance to change. Moreover, the proposal is supplemented with the part of probing the attitudes of common employees to the organizational change - the semantic differential is used for this part. This method is supplemented with the qualitative part of the research. The qualitative part consists of interviews with managers, which can provide the objective view on the employees' behaviour. Attitude of managers to changes in organization and the causes of concerns and of refusing the changes

The topic of the thesis is the managers' attitude and reactions to changes in organization, the causes of concerns and refusing changes. The level of organizational hierarchy chosen is the middle management level. The theoretical part provides introduction to the subject of organizational changes and than focuses particularly on the process of implementing the changes and the impact it has on the participants. It describes how the organizational changes affect its' individual participants and is followed by the largest part of the thesis, which focuses on the role of the middle management in processes related to the organizational changes. The work focuses on the description of the middle managers' positions and their attitude. One chapter presents the managerial resistance to organizational changes. The second part of the thesis presents a proposal for a research project which aims to identify the roles of middle managers in the change process and in particular on identifying the causes of concerns and refusing changes.

The thesis deals with the organizational changes in connection with the use of subsidies from the European Union. It focuses on the changes and processes in civil society Organizations, these processes identifies and describes. It also examines which of them can lead to the successful functioning of the organization. Based on the theoretical assumption that in civil society organizations certain organizational changes occur as a result of subsidies from the EU. This assumption is based on findings from previous published studies and work. Presented theory are demonstrated on examples of good practice, using case study.

It focuses on the changes and processes in civil society organizations, these processes identifies and describes. Based on the theoretical assumption that in civil society organizations certain organizational changes occur as a result of availability of resources. This assumption is based on findings from previous published studies and work. Presented theory are demonstrated using case study.
The Organizational Change of a Nonprofit Sports Organization (The Case Study of a Riding Club)

Sports organizations formed a significant part of the non-profit sector, not only in the Czech Republic. They are being overlooked of the academic world, however they offer interesting insights on organizational change. Overall, we can observe many forms of sports non-profit organizations in civil society, which differ in degree of proffesionalization, degree of formalization and the values they hold. This case study reveals the problems of local non-profit sports organization, which is undergoing a gradual change. This change is related to the development of the organization, after gradual change of values and objectives, the organization must now adapt corresponding structure. This study contains the recommendations specifically for this organization, however they can be used by other entities as well.
