Employee motivation and remuneration from the perspective of tax regulations

The bachelor thesis deals with the motivation and remuneration of employees through benefits from the perspective of tax regulations. First, based on a literature search in the context of the Czech legislation, it defines the theoretical requirements of individual benefits. Using personal interviews and subsequent analysis, it addresses how to choose an appropriate remuneration system in a company with a higher level of employee turnover. Finally, two proposals reflecting requirements of employees and management of the company are set out.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the motivation of employee remuneration from the perspective of tax regulations. In the first part, a theory dealing with motivation, remuneration and income taxation is elaborated with the help of literature research. The second part is focused on the description and analysis of the current state of the company. Current employee benefits are also listed here. The second part also contains a questionnaire survey, which led to the identification of respondents and the establishment of what benefits employees use. The last part is focused on the proposal of benefits that the company could include in its remuneration system. Finally, the company is recommended possible variants that would lead to greater employee satisfaction and tax optimization of the company.
Overview of Accounting and Tax Aspects of Emploee Benefits in Selected Company

This bachelor's thesis deals with employee benefits from a tax and accounting point of view. In the theoretical part, we find a literature search that deals with employee motivation, employee benefits and also tax changes in 2024. In the analytical part, the selected company is described, as well as the benefit accounting system in the given company. Here, too, we can find an evaluation of questionnaire surveys and a comparison of the benefits provided with a nationwide survey. At the end, proposed changes in the company leading to employee satisfaction are presented according to information from the questionnaire survey, and there is also a proposal to change the remuneration system.

The submitted bachelor thesis deals with the remuneration of workers, their stimulation and motivation of employees to work more efficiently. The content and the semantic content of the remuneration, motivation and stimulation is described in the theoretical part. Theoretical knowledge was used to evaluate the current system of remuneration of workers´ remuneration in a business department of a selected company. Based on assessment of the current state of the remuneration system, there have been identified its shortcomings and mistakes, and subsequently recommended procedures for their solutions.

The subject of my thesis „Employee’s benefits“ is t o define advantages for employees, analyze them in order to find out advantages of their tax and deduction payment whether they are tax-deductible expenses for employer and extempted from the employees income taxes. I have analyzed all benefits provided by Tadeáš Koch –Farma Stonava company and carried out a research of employees satisfaction with them. The thesis includes a proposal for changes in the structure of benefits with the goal to minimize the cost, tax burden and administration for both sides employees and employer.

The subject of the thesis "The system of remuneration in the chosen company" analyzes the current state of rewards and benefits in the company MARS Svratka as part of its remuneration system. It also defines their role and meaning and at the end it suggests possible recommendations which may lead to higher satisfaction of employees. The theoretical part focuses on findings from literature and it mainly addressed the motivation of employees and their remuneration. The practical part consists of an analysis of the current state of the company on its basis are outlined the results the recommendations for the company.
