Receivables at a Corporate Enterprise

My bachelor’s thesis deals with the topic of receivables from business relations. Based on the facts found out by the analysis of receivables in the chosen business organization, I recommended measures that might make receivables management system more effective. To ensure accurate records of receivables after due date in accounting books, I designed a suitable mode of creation of rectifying items for the business organisation.

The design part presents suggestions and recomendations to improve receivables management situations in a particular business corporation.

These concepts, requirements and plans will serve the com- pany for its creation and subsequent implementation. The content includes condition ana- lyses and calculations together with suggestions for solutions that will help the company to operate and develop.

Proposal of Competitive Strategy of a Company

The aim of this work is propose competitive strategy of Stytotrade company. It is divided into three segments: theoretic part, analytical part and project part. The theoretical part present the company and literary sources that deal with strategies of competitive advantage, Porter generic strategies, theory knowledge of competition, marketing research and strategy for market leader. Analytical part is focused on the identification of competition, macro environment, current corporate strategy, marketing mix and marketing research. Project part - data from the marketing research are processed to SWOT analysis that is fundation for the propose of competitive strategy.

Receivables Management in Corporation

The bachelor's thesis is focused on the analysis of receivables management in a selected business corporation. The main focus here is on the issue of overdue receivables. Based on the results of selected indicators of financial analysis and analysis of receivables in the company, measures and modified procedures are proposed, which should eliminate the number of overdue receivables and should also improve the management of receivables itself.

Proposal of Process Management of Order in Manufacturing Company

The bachelor's thesis deals with the process management of the order in the company Slévárna a modelárna Nové Ransko, s.r.o. This company focuses on the production of castings from cast iron, aluminum alloys and copper alloys. It also owns specialized workplaces for heat treatment, machining of castings and surface treatment of cast iron castings. The first part of the bachelor's thesis presents the theoretical background, which approaches the issues addressed in the analytical part. In the analytical part, the company is introduced from a general point of view, its history is briefly described and the activity of process management of the order is described from receipt, through production to the dispatch of the final casting to the customer. The last part contains suggestions for optimizing the activities of the process management of the order with regard to delivery dates.
