Insight to European Physiotherapy Education systems: How choice of Alma Mater affect Quality of Life and Quality of Education of Physiotherapy Students

Objective: The objective of this study is to describe and compare the current educational systems and selective modalities related to mental health, sleep quality, nutritional habits a physical activity of physiotherapy students in Europe. Methodology: A cross-sectional, descriptive study processing two questionnaires is used with one dedicated to university representatives and the other to physiotherapy students. Results: Although 75% of students rated their quality of life positively and 47% were satisfied with their mental health, 65% showed higher levels of stress and 50.5% describe dan impaired sleep quality. The minimum physical activity of 150 minutes weekly was described by 78.9% of students, within which 67% engage in strengthening twice a week. Students with a higher stress load/worse psychological health also showed worse sleep quality and lower amount of physical activity, women were significantly worse off. In terms of physical activity and sleep quality, students from Finland and Kosovo achieved the best results, while students from Italy, Greece, and Portugal achieved the worst. Nutritional Habits of Children Younger School Age and their Ability o Influence in Primary School

The aim of this work is to draft a project concept of good nutritional habits for the 1st Primary School. The theoretical part describes the effect of nutrition on child development and the status of health education in the curriculum and the school with a focus on nutritional behavior. The practical part is focused on the description of the research investigation and by which is prepared to draft the project forming good nutritional habits.
Support of healthy eating habits through activities of maternity centres

The aim of this thesis is to map the activity of maternity centres in order to find out whether their programme includes the issue of children nutrition and the promotion of healthy eating habits. The work also analyses the awareness of maternity centres clients of the nutrition of children under three years of age and finds out whether the clients receive some information about this issue through the centre's activities. The theoretical part summarises the knowledge of nutrition experts of children under three years of age and the formation of nutritional habits. Nutritional behaviour of mothers abusing psychoactive substances

The thesis deals with the topic of nutrition and nutritional behavior of women using psychoactive substances and their awareness of the basic principles of adequate nutrition. The main area of research is the searching for the most common deficits in nutritional habits in a group of mothers enrolled in outpatient addictological program. The aim is to analyze that specified field and than estabilish a set of recommendations for clients of addiction services, which is focused on their re-education in the field of nutrition and wich contributes to the awareness of the target group. The theoretical part generally defines addiction and their most frequent comorbidities and while this part presents the basis for a healthy diet according to the dietary recommendations for the population of the Czech Republic. The practical part is focused on collecting informations from clients of outpatient program and using the method of questionnaire survey and subsequent evaluation of the collected data. For the purpose of the work was compiled questionnaire focused on identifying expected deficits in nutritional habits of the target group, especially on regularity in the diet and the inclusion of recommended foods.
