Ball screws for the feed system with long stroke
Nováček, Milan ; Novotný, Lubomír (referee) ; Marek, Jiří (advisor)
Master´s thesis is directed for long ball screws of nut. It is here wrote their principle, essential type, parameters and current status of single used components. For this thesis is created at program Microsoft Excel methodical calculating of required parameters ball screws of nut. Another they are investigated status of affect length shaft ball screws, as mode storage, type actuator and possible damping. In last part is solved the design of supports long shaft ball screws and is here proposed conceptual process used supports.
The drive of the feed coordinate portal machining center through ball screw
Dvořák, David ; Knoflíček, Radek (referee) ; Marek, Jiří (advisor)
Master´s thesis is focused on portal milling machine driven by ball screw and nut. There is a limit where it is suitable to use a driven screw or driven nut. Both variants are solved based on specified X-axis travel distance. In last part is solved the design of support long shaft ball screw driven by nut. The work also includes 3D CAD model of both variants and drawing documentation.
Realization of educational problem based on preloaded bolted joint apparatus
Žaba, Tomáš ; Náhlík, Luboš (referee) ; Vaverka, Michal (advisor)
In the master’s thesis an educational task concerning an experimental apparatus for quantity measurement in preloaded bolted joint is realised. In terms of its preparation an innovation of the apparatus leading to an easier and faster pretension realisation was implemented. The educational task for students and also teaching material were produced. The educational task itself consists in experimental confirmation of the relation between the tightening torque and the caused pretension. An FEM model simulating an apparatus flange deformation by given pretension was designed to verify the experiment. The thesis also contains information about the preloaded bolts, pretension elicitation methods and pretension control methods.
Proposal of Technologies for Components Guide Screw and Nut
Staník, Štefan ; Dvořák, Jaromír (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
Bachelor thesis describes the design technology for the production of guide screw and nut tool carrier for mechanical lathe SV 18 RA. The batch size is 200 units per year and production will be carried out on conventional machines. For the production of the guide screw will be used steel ČSN 411700.1 and for the nut a copper alloy ČSN 423123. To produce the components were processed manufacturing drawings, technologicall process of producing the two components and design of machines and tools. At the conclusion it has been incorporated economic evaluation of the whole production.
Technology design for screw connection for extreme loads
Václavek, Jan ; Trčka, Tomáš (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
Screw connections are a commonly used method of joining two or more components that are loaded with different types of loads during their operation. Screw connections are in some cases extremely stressed. The topic of the bachelor thesis is the introduction of potential types of extreme load on a screw connection and acquaintance with a specific case of an extremely stressed screw connection. A design of the production process is created for the discussed case and the manufactured components are evaluated in terms of assembly and service life.
Crane hook block - lifting capacity 25 tons
Šanca, Kristián ; Trčka, Tomáš (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
The crane block is the lower part of the hoist. It is designed to fulfill a load capacity of 25,000 kg, while being safe and as light as possible. The work describes the principle of the hoist. A design solution is chosen in which two ropes are wound on a drum. The calculation of the hoist is in the calculation part, the components of the hoist are further described and calculated, using basic strength calculations. Attached is a drawing of the assembly and important details.
Comparision of FEM models of joints
Hlaváč, Martin ; Hrůza, Václav (referee) ; Pokorný, Přemysl (advisor)
This thesis deals with the comparison of alternative models of the simplified joints used in the FEM models of complex models with detailed joint details. This is essentially a screw connection with dowel bolt and standard bolt, weld connection "T" and overlap weld connection. Individual connections are compared in the simulation results of matching models.
Crane hooks, design and calculation
Vítů, Šimon ; Pokorný, Přemysl (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the division, calculations, construction documentation and production procedures of crane hooks. The work includes a search of hook types, a procedure for calculation of a simple forged hook, and the work also lists manufacturers of crane hooks focusing on the European market. The work includes drawing documentation, drawing simple forged hook and production drawing of single lamella of single lamellar hook.
