New employee adaptation in a banking institution

(in English): The topic of the thesis is submitted, as an adaptation of a new employee in the organization. Introducing the topic within its complexity, showing his particular aspects of psychophysiology, mainly psychological resilience, and the influence to stress. Works on maps of the current possibilities and knowledge relating to the adaptation of the work. Specific attention is applied to the adaptation of the organizational culture. Aim of the empirical part of the thesis is to analyze employee orientation program of the specific banking company, its organizational culture and the specific position to organize the adjusting options, further improvements to the existing program. To this end, we have used variety of wide methods, mainly the qualitative nature of its character.
The role of preceptor nurse in the transition period at the selected workplace

Introduction: A nurse preceptorship is essential in the transition period (TP) of novice nurses. Especially in intensive care workplaces, where training for highly specialized and demanding care is provided. TP thus becomes a sensitive period in which the employee decides whether to remain in the workplace or even in the profession. Methodology: This is qualitative study with the main focus of the survey on the specific experience of preceptors with TP management. Data collection was performed using semi-structured interviews with preceptor nurses in one selected workplace of intensive care. Data analysis was performed in 4 steps, open coding and sorting of data into categories and subcategories were used. Results: Six main topics were identified: Preceptors' experience from their own transition, TP organization attributes, Evaluation and feedback, The role of the preceptor nurse, Critical moments and Factors influencing the TP. The experience of trainers from their own TP is a significant predictor for their individual way of training and leading novice nurses. The trasition period of anesthesiologist nurses from the point of view of mentor

Introduction: The transitional process is completed by all new employees with a view to the fastest and the most effective involvement in a complete work process of an organization. Also new employees, who start working in the anesthesiology department, go through specific adaptation. The research of this diploma thesis is focused on the anesthesiology department and brings a view of mentors - anesthesiologist nurses on the adaptation transition of new employees. Methodology: This is a qualitative study, data collection was conducted by semi-structured interviews with anesthesiologist nurses and mentors from various fields of anesthesia. Data analysis was performed in open coding steps followed by categorization. A total of 9 anesthesiologist nurses had participated in the research survey. Results: Findings of this research shows important aspects of successful adaptation transition of anesthesiologist nurses. These important aspects are mentor's experiences from both of their transitional process and his previous workplace, also mentoring that is represented by an experienced trainer, as well as cooperative and helpful work environment and collective, and at last, it is a quality feedback for mentor as well as new employer. Learning and Education in the Adaptation Proces of Employees

This thesis focuses on education and learning within the adaptation process of employees starting a new job. It is emphasizing the importance of creation of the adaptation plan. The adaptation plan also influences the effectivity of the adaptation process and related education and learning. It points out the influence of the size of the organization on the final form of the adaptation process. Well executed adaptation process may stabilize and motivate the new employee significantly. Part of the thesis is dedicated to communication as well, due to communication being an important tool in education and learning. The theses focuses particularly on education and learning, various types of learning, theories and methods used in education, that are applicable during the adaptation process. A special chapter is dedicated to tools and technologies that may aid in education and learning as well as it issues the measurability and evaluation of education and learning. This thesis is focusing on work process and process of social adaptation of new employees. The theoretical part explains the related concepts. I’m describing human resources strategy, processes and also corporate culture which is very important not only for the adaptation of employees. In the practical part will be assessed the proces of adaptation in the company. Focusing to both work, social environment and also to integration on corporate culture. Then will be on the base on the results of the analyzes as well as my experiences will be voiced suggestions to improve the proces of adaptation in company.
