Bachelor thesis deals with the description of typical enduro motorcycle engine and describes its main parts. Next volume concern about chosen types of enduro motorcycles and its en-gines. Achievement of every single engine is shown in dynamometric diagrams. Maintenance schedule which is affected by given achievements is shown in tables. The engines of enduro motorcycles have been partly compared with motocross motorcycle engines
Dirt Bike Suspension Construction

Front suspension significantly influences the characteristics of the motorcycle, so it is necessary to deal with the problem. The bachelor thesis presents individual suspension functions, it describes and explains function of air spring and coil spring forks, analyzes the damping system and shows the options for settings of the forks. It compares the design of the forks used in production motocross motorcycles from 2016 and 2017 and refers to their potential advantages or disadvantages. The forks d iffer from each other mainly by the type of spring, and whether each leg contains spring and damper or they have a separate function. Each solution has its advantages and disadvantages, it depends mainly on the overall setting of the fork.

The bachelor thesis describes various structural arrangements of the linkage, the function of the rear shock, the spring with the coil and the air spring. It compares the characteristics of the linkage in two specific motorcycles.
The most common sports injuries of motocross riders and possibilities of their prevention

Title: The most common injuries of motocross riders and their prevention Objectives: The aim of this diploma thesis is to assess the frequency of sports injuries sustained by motocross riders in the Czech Republic in year 2021. The thesis, based on a questionnaire survey, also discovers standards of usage of protective equipment and the impact of fitness training (including regeneration). Methods: The thesis uses the method of an anonymous non-standardized questionnaire to analyze the most frequent sports injuries as well as the frequency of usage of protective gear, forms of fitness training, and regeneration in 2021. Respondents were approached directly or via hobby communities and groups on a social network. The analysis itself was carried out in Microsoft Excel. Results: The research group was comprised of 128 respondents who were divided into three categories according to their performance level: hobby - 76, competitive - 35, professional - 17. In compliance with the survey results, the riders in 2021 suffered on average 10,6 contusions per person, 1,7 fracture per person (both predominantly of the upper limb), and 4,7 injuries of joint soft tissues or organs (predominantly in the knee area). Professional first aid in motorcycle racings in the Czech republic and abroad

This Bachelor thesis deals with providing of professional first aid during motorcycle races in Czech Republic and abroad. A notion "motorcycle races" in this work is narrowed down only to "sidecarcross". In this field there is a high risk of injury because of the variable nature of the track, weight and power of the machine. These injuries are most frequent causes of death of working-age people. Therefore it is so important to provide pre-hospital care immediately after any accident right on the track. The objective of this thesis is to map these types of races from the point of view of health insurance and to determine qualification of personnel at the place of accident. The thesis is compiled from semi-structured interviews at sporting venues. Interviews were conducted with two groups of respondents. The first was group of organisers of international championship races in Czech Republic and world championship. The second group was composed of medical personnel providing health care right at the tracks. The research has pointed out missing legislative support of this issue and the resulting disunity during providing sporting events.

Nutritional aspects and body composition in motocross

Title: Nutritional aspects and body composition in motocross Objectives: The goal of this work is monitoring nutritional habits and parameters for the assessment of body composition and somatotype for Czech junior national team in motocross and enduro. Methotds: There was used four day record of consumed food to map out nutritional habits, which was evaluted by software Nutirs. The input data of body composition were obtained by Bioimpendance InBody 230. Following were also measured selected anthropometric parameters. Results: The results of our study indicate quantitative variations in motocross riders nutrition, especially the negative energy balance and the low proportion of carbohydrates in the diet in pre-season and in the day of the race. These can be some way influenced by individual variability. The research somatotype and body composition suggests that in relation to physical abilities are motocross riders and riders Enduro the most versatile talent for sport.
