Motivation of Entrepreneurs in the Field of Language Education

This diploma thesis deals with motivation of entrepreneurs to carry on business in the field of language education and motivation for development of business activity. The theoretical part of the thesis defines fundamental concepts of motivation and entrepreneurship as well as other concepts linked to the self-management of entrepreneurs. The practical part of the work focuses on research conducted firstly through personal interviews with the founders of language schools and secondly through a questionnaire survey of teachers of foreign languages doing business under a trade license. Data are collected based on this research and their subsequent analysis leads to the evaluation of business motivation and its comparison between these two groups of entrepreneurs. Conclusion of the work then includes own proposals aiming to increase the motivation in the business activity.
Forms and methods of motivation in construction company

My work deals with the exploration in the field of the motivation of workers to their jobs in firms with building focus. They focus mainly on the valuation of the objectives, motivational tools and rewards. In the practical part are specified hypotheses, which I want on the basis of a questionnaire survey to verify and evaluate. In conclusion, arising from the survey are recommended practices that will lead to more effective motivation of employees in the construction industry.
Proposal on Improvement of the Motivation System of the Company

This bachelor thesis deals with solving the problem of motivation of employees at the company VEBEL Servis spol. s r.o. The thesis focuses on salaries and providing benefits. Using a questionnaire survey and interviews with managers of the company were found to have problems in the current motivational system. The thesis presents a proposal to improve the current motivation of the company, which should lead to the satisfaction of employees and their higher working efficiency.

This bachelor´s thesis deals motivation of employees at construction companies. The main goal is to determine on which level is motivation of workers and managers from different areas of building and the next evaluate the situation and suggest improvements. First, theoretical, part is about basic concepts and theories. In second, practical, part are confirmed or denied hypothesis defined before. This is made thanks to results of semi-structured interview which were made with employees. According to the results are proposed solutions which may leed to better situation in czech building.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is the proposal of changes for motivational programme in a company Baliarne obchodu, a.s., Poprad. Introduction of the theoretical part explains basic knowledge of motiavation, various theories of motivation and serves as a base for empirical part, in which I analyze current status of motivational programme in the company. Information is obtained through designed questionnaire in a combination with an interview with a manager and observation. Based on these, changes in current system are put forward to improve performance and employee´s work efficiency.
Employee Motivation in a Selected Business Company and Changes Related with its Concept.

The main aim of this thesis is to propose changes to the current motivational program in a selected business corporation and other areas closely related to employee motivation. To achieve this goal, the relevant theoretical background has been studied. Subsequently, key terms such as motivation, stimulation and others were defined. Furthermore, an analysis of the current situation in the company was made. The research consists of a statistical test that examines the relationship of pre-specified qualitative factors. The calculations are based on data from the questionnaire survey. The results can, for example, indicate whether factors in the form of work environment, age or level of education affect employee preferences in motivation. Based on the acquired knowledge and data, specific changes in relation to employee motivation were proposed. For example, a proposal in the area of financial or non-financial bonuses, a program for young people, leisure activities, competition employee of the month and others.

Growth and formation of the teacher's role in connection with participation in the pilgrimage

This bachelor's thesis, entitled Growth and formation of the teacher's role in connection with the pilgrimage jurney to Santiago de Compostelo, first deals with the concepts associated with the teacher's personality in the theoretical part. It describes the teacher as a profession, his position in society and what are the motives for choosing this particular profession. The work also describes the professional path of teachers. We can divide this path into beginner, experienced and conservative teacher. Another topic of this part is stress and the burnout syndrome, and the last chapter of the first part is dedicated to shaping the teacher's role and self-reflective professional development, which is connected to the term ALACT. The next chapter is dedicated to personal development, specifically self-knowledge and human being at this moment. The last chapter describes the pilgrimage jurney to Santiago de Compostela itself. In the beginning of this chapter are divided the possible routes that leads to Santiago de Compostelo. The following is a list of symbols associated with the journey, and there are also chapters on accommodation and motivation for the pilgrims. The empirical part of thesis is devoted to the analysis of the statements of three pilgrims who made the pilgrimage jurney to Santiago de Compostela. Before the pilgrimage jurney and also nowadays are teaching and they educate how their experiences and opinions changed during the jurney, through the qualitative research method of Interpretive Phenomenological Analysis (IPA). The research questions were: VO1: What was the difference in the approach to the teaching profession after completing the trip? VO2: How did your view of yourself change after completing the trip? VO3: What were the strong moments and experiences during the trip? VO4: In what areas did the trip affect the informant's life? The results give us an insight into the pilgrims' experience of completing the pilgrimage jurney to Santiago de Compostelo. They show us the clear changes experienced by the pilgrims as a result of completing the pilgrimage jurney. The most important changes took place within their profession as a teacher and family.
Proposal for Motivational System Change in a Selected Company

This master’s thesis deals with the motivational systém of a selected organization. The iam was, based on the analysis of the current state of the motivational systém in the chosen organization, to propose such changes that are desirable for further successful development of the organization. The evaluation was based on a questionnaire survey of a sample of 75 respondets, and results showed that 32 % of employees were insufficiently motivated. Testing of hypotheses showed that there is a correlation between an employee’s department and their level of motivation. In conclusion, specific proposals for improvement, are presented that should help increase the level of motivated employees. As an example is recognition platform, reduced working hours for full pay or creative days.
The life motives of philanthropists leading to bequeathed donations for charitable purposes

The thesis deals with the motives of philanthropists who made a bequest in their will with charitable purposes. The objective of the work is to describe the issue of donation in the form of such a bequest in a will and the approach of society to this kind of donation. The theoretical part introduces the characteristics of individual donation, philanthropy and donation by will. The practical part is processed in the form of qualitative research with the aim of finding out and understanding the reasons and motives that led philanthropists to make such a decision. Reasons and motives were explored based on semi-structured interviews with narrative elements with four respondents. The identified reasons and motives for donation in the form of a bequest relate to arguments related to donation, credibility, information, purpose and responsibility.
