[cze][eng] Tato bakalářská práce s názvem Růst a utváření učitelské role v souvislosti s poutní cestou do Santiaga de Compostela se v teoretické části nejprve zabývá pojmy spojenými s osobností učitele. Popisuje učitele jako profesi, jeho postavení ve společnosti a jaké jsou motivy proč si zvolit právě tuto profesi. Dále je v práci popsána profesní dráha učitelů. Tuto dráhu můžeme rozdělit na začínajícího, zkušeného a konzervativního učitele. Dalším tématem této části je stres a syndrom vyhoření a poslední kapitola první části se věnuje utvářením učitelské role a sebereflexi v profesním vývoji, s čímž je spojen model ALACT. Další kapitola je věnována osobnostnímu rozvoji, konkrétně sebepoznání a bytí člověka v přítomnosti. Poslední kapitola popisuje samotnou pouť do Santiaga de Compostela. V úvodu kapitoly jsou rozděleny možné trasy, které do Santiaga de Compostela vedou. Následuje výčet symbolů, které se k cestě vážou a jsou zde také kapitoly o ubytování a motivaci poutníků. Empirická část se věnuje analýze výpovědí tří poutnic, které pouť do Santiaga de Compostela vykonaly. Před poutí a také nyní vykonávají učitelskou profesi a snaží se postihnout, jak se během pouti a v důsledku poutě proměnilo jejich prožívání a názory, a to prostřednictvím kvalitativní výzkumné metody interpretativní fenomenologické analýzy (IPA). Výzkumné otázky zněly: VO1: Jaký byl rozdíl v přístupu k učitelské profesi po absolvování cesty? VO2: Jak se změnil pohled na sebe po absolvování cesty? VO3: Jaké byly silné momenty a prožitky v průběhu cesty? VO4: V jakých oblastech ovlivnila cesta život informanta? Výsledky nám přinášejí pohled na zkušenosti poutníků s absolvováním poutní cesty do Santiaga de Compostela. Dokládají nám jasné změny, které poutníci prožili v důsledku absolvování poutě. Nejdůležitější změny proběhly v rámci jejich profese učitele, rodiny a vlastní sebereflexe. Právě ta ovlivnila jejich životy nejvíce, díky ní pak mohly probíhat změny i v dalších odvětvích jejich života. Přínos této práce spočívá v tom, že nám výsledky výzkumu dokazují převážně pozitivní změny po absolvování poutní cesty. Lze se domnívat, že i čtenářům této bakalářské práce by cesta do Santiaga de Compostela přinesla blahodárné účinky nejen na jejich fyzické, ale i psychické zdraví. This bachelor's thesis, entitled Growth and formation of the teacher's role in connection with the pilgrimage jurney to Santiago de Compostelo, first deals with the concepts associated with the teacher's personality in the theoretical part. It describes the teacher as a profession, his position in society and what are the motives for choosing this particular profession. The work also describes the professional path of teachers. We can divide this path into beginner, experienced and conservative teacher. Another topic of this part is stress and the burnout syndrome, and the last chapter of the first part is dedicated to shaping the teacher's role and self-reflective professional development, which is connected to the term ALACT. The next chapter is dedicated to personal development, specifically self-knowledge and human being at this moment. The last chapter describes the pilgrimage jurney to Santiago de Compostela itself. In the beginning of this chapter are divided the possible routes that leads to Santiago de Compostelo. The following is a list of symbols associated with the journey, and there are also chapters on accommodation and motivation for the pilgrims. The empirical part of thesis is devoted to the analysis of the statements of three pilgrims who made the pilgrimage jurney to Santiago de Compostela. Before the pilgrimage jurney and also nowadays are teaching and they educate how their experiences and opinions changed during the jurney, through the qualitative research method of Interpretive Phenomenological Analysis (IPA). The research questions were: VO1: What was the difference in the approach to the teaching profession after completing the trip? VO2: How did your view of yourself change after completing the trip? VO3: What were the strong moments and experiences during the trip? VO4: In what areas did the trip affect the informant's life? The results give us an insight into the pilgrims' experience of completing the pilgrimage jurney to Santiago de Compostelo. They show us the clear changes experienced by the pilgrims as a result of completing the pilgrimage jurney. The most important changes took place within their profession as a teacher and family.
