Tato diplomová práce se zabývá motivačním systémem vybrané organizace. Cílem bylo na základě realizace analýzy stávajícího stavu motivačního systému ve zvolené organizaci navrhnout takové změny, které jsou žádoucí pro další úspěšný rozvoj organizace. Vyhodnocení probíhalo na základě dotazníkové šetření u výběrového souboru 75 respondentů a výsledky ukazují, že nedostatečně motivovaných je 32 % zaměstnanců. Díky testování hypotéz se ukázalo, že existuje spojitost mezi oddělením zaměstnance a mírou jeho motivace. V závěru jsou uvedeny konkrétní návrhy na zlepšení, které by měly pomoct míru motivovaných zaměstnanců zvýšit. Jako příklad lze uvést platformu uznání, zkrácení úvazku za plnou mzdu nebo kreativní dny. This master’s thesis deals with the motivational systém of a selected organization. The iam was, based on the analysis of the current state of the motivational systém in the chosen organization, to propose such changes that are desirable for further successful development of the organization. The evaluation was based on a questionnaire survey of a sample of 75 respondets, and results showed that 32 % of employees were insufficiently motivated. Testing of hypotheses showed that there is a correlation between an employee’s department and their level of motivation. In conclusion, specific proposals for improvement, are presented that should help increase the level of motivated employees. As an example is recognition platform, reduced working hours for full pay or creative days.
