The diploma thesis deals with analysis of a motivational programme and suggestions for its possible changes of the ALTREVA, limited liability company. The theoretical part of the work concentrates on summing up the basic observations on the topic. The practical part contains analyses of the present state of the company, its competition and the employment market as well as a research conducted with the use of the questionnaire method. The final part of the work provides suggestions for improvement of the current condition based on the results of the questionnaire search and other analyses.

The B.A. thesis is focused on the motivational plan of the branch of the Siemens Company in Mohelnice. The motivational plan of the Siemens Company is analyzed and the analysis of particular elements of the motivational plan is made. The correctness of application of the motivational plan and its effects on the employees are also examined. The results of the analysis were used for presenting one´s own improved propositions which should lead to higher efficiency of the motivational plan and to greater satisfaction of the employees.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is the proposal of changes for motivational programme in a company Baliarne obchodu, a.s., Poprad. Introduction of the theoretical part explains basic knowledge of motiavation, various theories of motivation and serves as a base for empirical part, in which I analyze current status of motivational programme in the company. Information is obtained through designed questionnaire in a combination with an interview with a manager and observation. Based on these, changes in current system are put forward to improve performance and employee´s work efficiency.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of the motivational system and proposals for changes to this system in the Czech Radio Brno, using a quantitative research method. The aim of the translated graduate thesis is to propose acceptable changes in the motivational program of the enterprise for the training of qualified employees, which will allow further development of the selected organization. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts relating to motivation, the system of remuneration and overall remuneration. The second part contains an analysis of the current incentive system of the selected enterprise. As part of the data collection, a questionnaire survey was conducted to find out the employees ' satisfaction with the existing incentive program. The results of the questionnaire survey show that employees are to some extent satisfied with the current remuneration system. The last part of the work focuses on 6 possible proposals for improving this system.

The theoretical part introduces basic terms and definitions in the field of motivation and human resources. The analytical part describes the selected organization and the current state of their motivational programme using an employee questionnaire. Proposal part then consists of suggestions to improve the motivational programme on basis of the carried out analysis.
