Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá návrhom zmien v motivačnom programe vybranej spoločnosti. Práca sa skladá z troch častí. Teoretická časť obsahuje základné pojmy a definície z oblasti motivácie a ľudských zdrojov. Analytická časť opisuje vybranú spoločnosť a analyzuje súčasný stav jej motivačného systému pomocou dotazníkového prieskumu. Návrhová časť sa skladá z vlastných návrhov zlepšenia motivačného systému zamestnancov v danej spoločnosti na základe vykonanej analýzy. This bachelor's thesis deals with proposal for changes in a motivational programme in a selected organization. The thesis consists of three parts. The theoretical part introduces basic terms and definitions in the field of motivation and human resources. The analytical part describes the selected organization and the current state of their motivational programme using an employee questionnaire. Proposal part then consists of suggestions to improve the motivational programme on basis of the carried out analysis.
