Bachelor thesis is about apartment building that is being built in sloping terrain. The building has 3 floors above ground and 1 floor underground. In total building has 12 residential units. Access to the apartment building is barrier-free so is one residential unit. Building has underground parking garage and outside parking aswell. The building is structurally made of monolithic reinforced concrete frames. The infill masonry consists of ceramic blocks. The foundation structure is reinforced concrete slab. The substructure of the building is isolated with asphalt sheets. The building has flat roof. Apartment building is insolated with external ETICS system. The building is designed as nearly zero energy building.
Apartment building

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the new apartment building in Prostejov, which will meet the requirements and conditions for a building with almost zero energy consumption. This apartment building was designed in such a way that its operation does not limit the operation of adjacent apartment buildings on neighboring parcels in the immediate vicinity. The new building is designed as a detached apartment building on a flat plot. The main entrance and arrival to the plot is from the north side. On the land used by us, a parking area with the number of nine parking spaces will be proposed, which are located in the west. The building also has an underground garage with an additional parking space. The apartment building is designed as four floors with a basement. In the basement of the apartment building, there are storage spaces, together with the technical background of the relevant technologies, a garage with twelve parking spaces, which stands out from the regular shape of the building's floor plan. On the 1st floor there is also a carriage house, a bicycle shed, a cleaning and technical room and three apartment units. Only residential units are located on the other above-ground floors. The total number of residential units is twelve. They are divided into three layout categories – 1+kk, 2+1, 3+1. Apartment units on the 2nd floor, 3rd floor and 4th floor have balconies designed for recreation. If necessary, the layout of apartments and common areas can be changed to meet the requirements of barrier-free use of the building by persons with disabilities. The bachelor's theses were prepared in accordance with the current legal regulations of the Czech Republic as of the date of submission of this bachelor's thesis.
The load-bearing reinforced concrete structure

The bachelor's thesis is focused on the design of the load-bearing monolithic reinforced concrete structure of an apartment building according to the specified documents. The content of the work is the design of a locally supported ceiling slab above the 2 underground floor, for which 3 variants were calculated and compared. Furthermore, the work is devoted to the assessment of a prefabricated staircase. In addition to the text part, a static calculation and drawings of shapes and reinforcements of selected structures are processed.

The subject of this diploma thesis is processing of a construction technological project for the preparation of the realization of a high-rise residential building in Bratislava. The thesis is based on construction technology solution. The content of thesis is a technical report, coordination situation with broader transport relations, time and financial plan, study of realization of technological stages, solution of construction organization including drawing of construction site, design of main construction machines and mechanisms, technological regulation for upsite monolithic construction, control and testing plan, item budget, detail of relief elements of the ceiling structure, drawing of the formwork of the ceiling structural floor, specific research in the field of tower cranes.

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to develop a construction-technological project for a technological phase of the project realization - the construction of a sports hall entrance portal in Jinřichův Hradec. The construction-technological project deals mainly with the technological procedures for boarding, fortifying and concreting of the vertical monolithic construction of the entrance portal. The project also includes a time schedule of the construction, budget, project of a device, controling and piloting plans for operation pursuing, principles of construction organization and solution of safety operation. The project also contains a design of the constructional situation, an arrangement‘s building site drawing as well as the drawing of the boarding.

The subject of my bachelor thesis is creation of carcass superstructure on Motosalon showroom in Ostrava, and time-economical comparison of monolithic and prefabricated construction technology. This thesis deals with the technological regulations for concrete monolithic construction and installation of prefabricated elements. It also contains a technical report, technical report of a building site, a draft of mechanical reports, construction timetables, itemized budgets, plan of inspections and examinations, environmental plan of the building, work safety, precast export plan, the solution of transport routes, the situation and site equipment for both technologies.

This construction consists of these elements- strip foundation, walls with lintels, slab and timber trusses. Apartment building

This bachelor thesis processes the project documentation for the apartment building with a nearly zero energy consumption. The project of an apartment building is located in the city of Liberec, city district of Vesec and has four above-ground floors and one underground floor. The foundation of the apartment building is located in a slightly sloped terrain overlooking Ještěd and the neighborhood consists of family houses and apartment buildings. The main intention was to design comfortable, spacious and modern living space with low energy costs. The layout of apartments is suitable for families with children or for a young couple. None of the housing units are designed as barrier-free for people with limited mobility, but access to the building is wheelchair accessible and, if necessary, apartments can be changed to meet the requirements for barrier-free standards. In the basement of the building there are common areas including the gym and separate garage parking spots. Parking will be available even outside of the building, located from both sides of the building. The elementary materials used for the construction are brick and concrete from which the supporting structures of the building are made. The roof and part of the front of the building is designed to include vegetation.
