Marketing communication of the Grand Prix Brno in modern gymnastics

Title: Marketing communication of Grand Prix Brno in rhythmic gymnastic. Objectives: The objective of this bachelor thesis is to propose a plan to improve the promotion of the Grand Prix Brno competition in rhythmic gymnastic, focusing on the use of social networks, based on the analysis of the marketing communication of the competition 2017. This proposal will be shown in detail on a concrete example of Instagram, as currently the most developing a social network. Methods: In order to determine the marketing communication of the competition, the method of document analysis was used in this work. In addition, a descriptive case study was used, the subject of which was the marketing communication of Grand Prix Brno in rhythmic gymnastic 2017. Results: The marketing communication of the Grand Prix Brno in rhythmic gymnastic 2017 was described. It was found to communicate mainly through the media, namely television, radio, print, outdoor advertising and the Internet, which do not include targeting the target group. Based on this, a plan for promotion of competition was created on the Instagram social network as the most dynamically developing social network. Competency profile of rhythmic gymnastic coach

Title: The Competency Profile of the Rhythmic Gymnastics Coach Objectives: The main aim of this thesis is to create the competency profile of the rhythmic gymnastics coach from the perspective of current and former rhythmic gymnasts, based on the identification of important competencies that Czech rhythmic gymnastics coaches lack. Methods: The thesis uses qualitative and quantitative methods. According to the expert literature studies, researches and interviews with the qualified rhythmic gymnastics coaches was created a list of four competency groups that should be needed for quality work of rhythmic gymnastics coach. After that current and former rhythmic gymnasts of the senior age category evaluated the importance of individual competencies and assessed the existence of these competencies in their rhythmic gymnastics coaches by electronic questioning. Results: Two theoretical competency profiles of the rhythmic gymnastics coach are created in the thesis, including competencies from all competency groups: personal characteristics, abilities and skills, education and knowledge, other specific competencies. Cyprisová, K. Ethical tools in the selected sports sector as indicators of intercultural differences. Bachelor Thesis. Mendel University. Faculty of Regional Development and International Studies, 2019. The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of ethics in sport and intercultural differences that may influence its perception. As a specific sports branch for the elaboration of the practical part of my bachelor thesis, I chose the sport of rhythmic gymnastics, where ethical and moral behaviour is especially problematic. Through quantitative and qualitative research, the main goal is to find out how the perception of ethics is manifested across different cultures. This work presents in the form of literary research a view of ethics in general, ethics in sport and adherence to ethical rules by sports associations and clubs both from abroad and in the Czech Republic. Research countries include Denmark, France, Ireland, Germany, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Spain and the United Kingdom. In order to compare the international and national levels, research was also carried out within the Czech Republic. At the end of the bachelor thesis, there are suggested solutions and recommendations for further development of perception of ethics in rhythmic gymnastics.

Title: Progress flexibility lower limbs in rhythmic gymnastics Objectives: The objective of this work is to determine the effectiveness of exercises for the development of flexibility of the lower limbs in modern gymnastics. Designed exercises were practiced 2-3 times a week. As it is a modern gymnastics, girls aged 5-7 were tested. This is because this sport starts in early age and flexibility is the key ability in performance evaluation. The objective was to find out which exercises that were designed were effective. That is, whether the girls have improved over the six months or not. Four measurements were realized, every two months. The first measurement was realized before the start of the exercise, the other two during the training period and the fourth was after 6 months, which was the final measurement. Methods: Four measurments were realized. First before the start of the training mobility plan and then every two months. From the results I calculated the improvement of girls between each measurement and finally also between the first and last measurement. I calculated average values of girls and average values of improvement. I used the field testing methods. Results: In my research I found that girls improved on average over six months. Planning and organizing a sport event in Milevsko

Title: Planning and organizing a sport event in Milevsko Objectives: The main purpose of this thesis is to create a real basis for the organization of the unique competition in rhythmic gymnastics, to find out the interest of the clubs from the Czech Republic for this competition and to describe the organizational strategy for the implementation of the competition. Methods: To obtain the necessary information for this thesis an electronic questionnaire was created. Interviews method and SWOT analysis were also used. Results: Based on the questionnaire, interviews, SWOT analysis and study of organizational strategy by various authors, an organizational strategy for the organization of a unique competition in rhythmic gymnastics was written. After the end of the event, the organizational strategy was evaluated, feedback was obtained from participants and visitors, and recommendations for the competition were written for coming years. Dance steps combination according to the rules of Rhythmic Gymnastics between two Olympic periods

Title: Comparing the selection of dance steps combination according to the rhythmic gymnastics code of points at the turn of two Olympic cycles. Objectives: The aim of the work is evaluate fulfilment and validation of dance steps combination according to the rhythmic gymnastics code of points at the turn of two Olympic cycles. Methods: We used the observation method, which was done by a detailed analysis of the video recording and subsequent transfer of the record into the professional gymnastic terminology. The second used method was expert assessment according to two selected experts. Results: It was found that the gymnasts in 2017 classify less dance steps combination in routines than in 2016. Their movement due to the larger using of apparatus difficulty does not make music movement unity as it should. It was found that Czech gymnasts classify more dance steps combination in 2017 than international gymnasts. Title: Popularity of rhythmic gymnastics in Milevsko Objectives: The main purpose of this thesis is to find out the interest about rhythmic gymnastics in Milevsko, to identify the knowledge of the population and thein attitudes to the rhythmic gymnastics, to take progression rhythmic gymnastics and to approach sports history of Milevsko. Methods: To obtain the necessary information to making bachelor thesis was using electronic and through personal interviews questionnaire which was formed for the purpose of this thesis. It was also used depth interview method. Processing of theoretical background the thesis was made with the various sources of literature. Result: Researches have found attitudes city residents Milevsko to gymnastics. The main causes influencing popularity of rhythmic gymnastics have revealed based on the interviews and was described possible measures which one could serve to increase public interest to this sports branch. The Problematics of Musicality in Aesthetic-coordination Sports

Title: The Problematics of musicality in aesthetic-coordination sports Objectives:. This thesis deals with the problematics of musicality in conjunction with aesthetic-coordination sports, particularly acrobatic rock and roll, Latin American dances and modern gymnastics. The aim is to determine the level of musicality in active individuals operating in these sports sectors and compare these results. Method: The research was made by using standardized test of musicality by Arnold Bentley. The research group consists of competitors of early school age in acrobatic rock and roll (10), Latin American dances (10) and modern gymnastics (10). The results are interpreted by using the tables of frequency and bar graphs through a functions in Excel. Results: The Ranking aesthetic-coordination sports by success in the test musicality by Arnold Bentley is folowing: 1) Acrobatic rock and roll (58,1%), 2) Latin American dances (56,5%), 3) modern gymnastics (55,5%). Title: Specific changes on feet of rhythmic gymnasts and possibilities of physiotherapeutic influence of the feet with the help of a movement program Objectives: An objective of the thesis is to assess a function and specific changes on feet of rhythmic gymnasts and to demonstrate a positive influence of a movement program on these changes and the deteriorated function of the foot. To summarize the results of existing studies focused on influencing of proper function of the foot and to gain useful information from this experiment not only for physiotherapists, trainers and modern gymnasts but also for laical, actively sporting public which exhibit the same issues with the foot area Methods: The main essence of this scientific-research quantitative study is an influencing of deteriorated function and specific changes on feet of rhythmic gymnasts with the help of a movement program. The program was performed after each practice (i.e. 4 times a week) through the course of 3 months. 10 probands in the age from 14 to 17 years participated in the program.
