Mixed-use Building
Fibikar, Tomáš ; Jelínek, Petr (referee) ; Struhala, Karel (advisor)
This Master’s thesis deals with the design and elaboration of project documentation for the construction of a multifunctional building in Pardubice. The building is located on plots No. 2426/35 and 2426/36, in the cadastral area of Pardubice. It is located in an area close to the city center. There used to be barracks in this place. The outline of the house is "bitten" L-shaped. The building consists of civic amenities, where there are Alza showrooms, musical instrument showrooms, cafes, rehabilitation centers and massage centers. Another part are offices. All floors are barrier-free. The building has no basement. The main arterial communication of the house passes through the hall, which goes diagonally through the building. This corridor connects the individual establishments, technical facilities, stairs, elevator, and parking lot behind the building. Movement between individual floors is ensured by a monolithic staircase and an elevator. The building also includes a parking area for cars, access road and another garden with space for outdoor seating. The building is based on strip foundation and pad footing foundation made of plain concrete. The load-bearing structures are made of ceramic and brick blocks and columns. The building has a longitudinal compositional system. The ceilings are designed as reinforced concrete slabs. The exterior walls are plastered with thermo-insulating plaster. The walls in the roof entrance section are contact-insulated with mineral wool. In the place of the plinth, the insulation is made through extruded polystyrene. The roofing is designed as a single-skin flat roof with rainwater outlet/roof outlet. Next to the land there is a local road.
Design and implementation of the sensor network technological sample for diagnostic purposes
Venglář, Vojtěch ; Krejsa, Jiří (referee) ; Věchet, Stanislav (advisor)
The purpose of this thesis was to design and implement a prototype of binary topology sensor network (as proposed in patent CZ 306855 B6). Important part was evaluation of this type of network. A survey of commonly used sensors and technologies used in intelligent buildings and sensor networks was created. The gathered information was used for the evaluation. A network for analog signal transmission was designed and implemented (including all the elements) based on the patent proposal. A number of configurations was proposed to test the network features. Measurements were performed using all the proposed configurations. Two devices were used for the measurement: STM32 Nucleo F303K8, MyRIO (by National Instruments). Looking at the measured data, we can tell that the consistency is good enough to declare this network functional as a concept. However, we cannot recommend this type of network for high precision applications at the time, due to some accuracy and consistency issues. We have also detected relatively significant noise in the data. That could be caused by many external influences, partly by faulty design of the components.
Multifunction sports hall
Nacházel, Jakub ; Burianová, Lenka (referee) ; Smolka, Radim (advisor)
This master’s thesis deals with the design documentation multifunction sports hall. The building is situated in the region in the Vysočina village Humpolec, cadastral district Humpolec. The building is designed as a prefabricated skeleton, where the vertical load-bearing structures are designed from the prefabricated skeleton of PREFA BRNO and filling and partition walls of the structural system POROTHERM and BTB fittings. Horizontal structures are formed by the supporting elements prefabricated skeleton system of PREFA BRNO and ceiling panels SPIROLL. The main single-storey multifunction hall is roofed with wooden trusses of curved from glued laminated timber and purlins carrying roof deck. The other part of the building is covered with flat single-ply roofs. The building is divided into a main single-storey multifunction sports hall and an outbuilding with facilities for athletes and spectators about two floors above ground and a third technical floor. The building is solved as barrier-free.

Fridrich, Michal ; Melcr, Petr (referee) ; Fišarová, Zuzana (advisor)
The diploma thesis called ,,Sports center with restaurant in Holesov” is written in form of implementing project documentation and contains all requirements according to current laws. Proposed object is located on a plot 461/1 in Partyzanska street, Holesov. The object is separate building situated into north part of the plot. The designed building has two floors, no basement and is covered with flat roof. Foundations of the building are design as foundations strips with concrete slabs under column. Vertical carrier system, non-carrier constructions and separating constructions of the building contain ceramic clay block Porotherm. The carrier system is supported by reinforced concrete. Ceiling construction is made of ceiling panels Spiroll. The flat roof contains heat-insulation wedges and roof drains and overflows insurance for drainage. Main walls are covered with contact insulation system and the visual part of facade is made of facade blocks Cembrit Solid mounted to wooden grate which are attached to metal anchors. The object is divided into two main parts with shared entrance. First part is located in the ground floor and is designated for restaurant, bowling centre and back office including kitchen and bar. The other part of the building is designated for sports use. The ground floor contains two squash courts with facilities and first floor is divided into parts prepared for a gym and group lessons like spinning. This separate part has its own changing rooms and toilets with showers. The designed object is barrier-free. There is also a parking with 65 lots for vehicles.
