The theoretical part specifies who the manager is, his profile and how he should develop to achieve the best possible results not only in the business environment, but also in his personal life. The output of the work is my proposal for the optimal development of such a manager.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis and evaluation of the management of personal development of managers of the business company OMAP Financial Group. The thesis combines the theoretical part, where the basic concepts of management are explained and topics such as personality types, motivation, stress management, time management and personal development are discussed, with the practical part, which includes the analysis of all these areas in selected managers. Based on this analysis, recommendations and suggestions are offered to increase their effectiveness and the overall success of the company.
