Bakalárska práca sa zameriava na rozvoj osobnoti manažéra, jeho znalosti, skúsenosti, vlastnosti. Teoretická časť špecifikuje kto je to manažér, jeho profil a ako by sa mal rozvíjať k naplneniu čo najlepších výsledkov nielen v podnikateľskom prostredí, ale aj v osobnom živote. Výstupom práce je môj návrh na optimálny rozvoj takéhoto manažéra. The bachelor's thesis focuses on the development of the manager's personality, his knowledge, experience, and characteristics. The theoretical part specifies who the manager is, his profile and how he should develop to achieve the best possible results not only in the business environment, but also in his personal life. The output of the work is my proposal for the optimal development of such a manager.
