Drive System Frequency Changer – Electric Motor - Gearbox
Sochor, Pavel ; Pokorný, Přemysl (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of this work is to theoretically describe the function of the frequency changer asynchronous electric motor, to evaluate suitable gearboxes for replacement of hydraulic manipulators, robots, which is carried out through a search of the literature, the present work describes the properties of model sets. Attached is the drawing of two model sets.
Desing of control system of assorting line
Majer, Tomáš ; Blecha, Radim (referee) ; Vetiška, Jan (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is covering the problematics of desingning an assorting line of small pieces, based on shape marking. The reseach part analyzes the types of managing the processes focused on PLC, elements of the sensory system and frequency changers. The practical part of this thesis covers the design and hardware for line automatization. Controling software, made in TwinCAT 3, is described in detail in the next step. In the end the whole thesis is valorized and different changes of design are proposed.
Effect of voltage variant of a frequency converter on asynchronous motor parameters
Pavlas, Michal ; Bílek, Vladimír (referee) ; Bárta, Jan (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is focused on literature researches, dealing with the properties of controlled drives with asynchronous machines. The work describes the possibility of operation of a three-phase asynchronous machine directly powered from a single-phase network without a frequency converter. In the next part, the research is focused on a theme dealing with the influence of harmonics of the converter on the parameters of an asynchronous motor. Subsequently, specific test methods for determining the losses and efficiencies of AC motors powered by frequency converters are described on the basis of the IEC 60034-2-3 standard. The last part of this bachelor thesis is devoted to the assessment of the influence of the voltage variant of the frequency converter on the parameters of the asynchronous motor.
Design of elevator for pallets
Hájek, Lukáš ; Winkler, Tomáš (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
The diploma thesis is focused on the construction design of elevator for pallets with car seats weighing 200 kg. This device is proposed for vertical transport of the load between two working positions which are separated by 6m. Part of the pallet hoist is a roller conveyor attached on a lifting frame. The roller conveyor allows loading and unloading pallets from the fixed roller conveyors in the lower and upper station. There are the functional calculations of important parts, strength control of traction belt and shaft of driving pulley drum. By FEM (Finite Element Method) is detected stress distribution of the lifting frame. Parts of the annex are the manufacturing drawings of the lifting frame, shaft of driving drum, the driving station and drawing of the whole assembly vertical conveyor. Furthermore, the timing diagram function for one cycle, risk analysis and FMEA.

Modernisation of the lathe by frequency converter
MÍČEK, Radek
Bachelor thesis Modernization of the lathe by frequency converter to focus on how we can achieve better properties lathe replacement of the engine with direct control for asynchronous motor with frequency converter. This thesis introduces the different types of regulation as a practical implementation of the modernization of the lathe. The work also includes measurements that verify the success of modernization.
