Modern coding of speech signals using overcomplete models

The theoretical contents of this thesis are studies of overcomplete models. Those are the models of signals, on which is set for their parametrization more variables, than it's necessary and consequently there's computed so-called sparse solution via iteration algorithms. A goal of this analysis is a selection just of the considerable (sparse) parameters. The theory is based on a linear algebra, vector spaces, bases and so-called frames. The task of the individual project of this thesis is a description and simulation of two speech coders: a classical coder based on linear predictive speech coding and a coder, that's making use of overcomplete stochastic ARMA processes models. A part of their realization is to simulate their decoders and a analyze their reconstruction quality. For their realization there is used MATLAB and an overcomplete models' library (toolbox frames).

Uncertainty of Indirect Measurement Determined by Monte Carlo Method

This bachelor's thesis deals with determination of uncertainty in measurement, primarily with regard to the indirect measurement. There is theoretically analyzed and practically implemented calculate the uncertainty coefficient ent - speed multiple hole probe Annubar 485 in two ways. The first way is to calculate the uncertainty of the classical met-hod and the second one is the uncertainty using the Monte Carlo.

Comparison of Selected Ways of Pricing of Houses Located in Kroměříž and Surroundings

The Master's thesis is engaged in analyse of methods of pricing and comparison of each other. This work is compiled from historical evolution of prising immovables, over adjustment prising in international prising standards, over defination elementary conceptions to analysis selected ways of prising of houses. The Master's thesis analyses process of prising methods and analyses sources which we need to compile a ways of prising. These are most important things to know, when we want to compare ways of prising. There are ten houses in this work from Kroměříž and surroundings. The main target of master's thesis is to ratify and to explain that location of houses and their surroundings are the most importatnt. These two points of view influenced price and salableing of houses. There is a comparison of ways of prising houses at the end of work

Estimation of the technical level of FORD vehicles for valuation purposes

he paper analyzes the current production of Ford cars and analysis in terms of development of their technical level. It was created parametric comparison of currently produced vehicles on the market. For the most common models of the Fiesta, Focus and Mondeo is compared to change the technical level over the last 10 years. On the basis of these evaluations was created basis for determining the coefficient of technical level. A further assessed changes in exchange values for the most common models for 10 years, and their comparison with the corresponding amortization scales in accordance with the methodology Valuation standard number I / 2015 and so were consistently reflected changes in technical standards for older models.

This Bachelor’s thesis deals with the analysis of financial performance ŽOS Zvolen Company, Inc. by statistical methods. The first, theoretical, part is treated the issue of financial analysis, regression analysis and time series. The second, practical part describes this company and analyzes selected indicators, which are further processed by means of regression analysis and time series analysis. In the third part is completely analyzed situation and processed proposals for its improvement.

Price map of a commercial lease in Olomouc.

The aim of my thesis is to create a price map of non-residential spaces of the county town of Olomouc. Before creating the price maps, an analysis of unit prices of office and commercial spaces will be carried out using a comparative method. To-rent offers advertised by real estate servers will be used as input data. Basing on the map of to-rent offers, Olomouc town will then be divided into several zones defined by beforehand set criteria. Afterwards, these zones will be processed into analytical files, and then a test to identify outliers will be run. Then unit prices of non-residential spaces per each of concerned locations will be defined on the basis of the output data. And finally, the prices will be graphically processed into a price map of Olomouc.

Title: The dependence of the amount of revenue of the highest ranking football leagues based on the ranking of countries according to the UEFA club coefficient. Objectives: In its work, the main aim was to examine the correlation between the amount of income of the highest football leagues and the countries' rankings on the UEFA club coefficient ladder. Shall the correlation be proven, further aims of its work would be description and quantification of the correlation. One of the side aims is the analysis of the nowadays football phenomena and proving its worldwide significance. Methods: In its work, publicly available data (professional literature, annual reports, statistical yearbooks) was analysed. On the basis of the data collection and analysis, the data was compiled and compared with each other in order to follow trends and create thorough conclusions. On the basis of the correlation between the monitored indicators, these correlations were measured. For the purposes of the correlation measurement, the statistical method of regression analysis was used. Results: The main finding of this work is that the correlation between the amount of income of the highest football leagues and the contries' rankings on the UEFA club coefficient ladder was proven. Introduction of Negative Numbers in the History of Algebra

I have divided this work in four chapters, according to the most important places of development of mathematics and his symbolism and I have described some specific historical period of progress of mathematics, which was in the global comparison the most attractive or developed. In the first chapter I occupy with Chinese mathematics, which keep the oldest mathematical knowledge already since the second millennium, therefore immediately on the first place of my work. The second chapter deal with the Indian mathematics, which leaves us knowledge of Indian mathematician Brahmagupta from the 7th century AD, who probably continues in Chinese mathematics. After that it follows mathematics of the Arab world, which had the biggest influence on the European mathematics, where the minus sign was definitively established and stabilized from the earlier rhetorical markings. The central figure, as this chapter, so the whole work, is the German mathematician Michael Stifel and his piece of work the Arithmetica integra. Creating Calculation System of Indirect Cost in the Company and Evaluation According to Informative Ability of Financial Statements

The aim of this thesis is to create a calculation system of indirect costs in the commercial company. This calculation could be used in the accounting system of the company and thanks to that would be indirect cost divided automatically into individual items of goods. The calculation system is based on particular coefficients which are assigned in individual types of costs. New created system is tested on the specific sample of goods from the company. It is good to see weaknesses and deficiencies in suggested calculation. Conclusions from this analyse are specific values of profitability ratio Return on sales in every goods. The management of the company has to decide whether to revalue their goods or not. The decision is connected also with margin groups, in group A (which includes main goods) they could afford to move with selling prices. This prediction is based on outcome from competition analysis.
