This thesis is pointed to a modular development of hazard game system. There is one main module in this system, it services gamers database and user accounts. Every game in this system is module pair; first it is game server, it realizes the game, and second client application, it has user interface for this game. Every network communications are realized using my own multi platform network library TCP_Network, and using network protocol for every server.

The subject of this bachelor thesis “Dependency of municipalities of revenues from gambling” is analysis of municipalities according to their revenues from gambling and finding of the dependency on them. The first part is focused on the analysis of the problem from the economical and legislative aspect. In the next parts I focused on analysis of the revenues from gambling and then on the demo-graphical and geographical analysis according to these revenues. Based on these analysis was evaluated the dependency of municipalities of the revenues from gambling and their common characteristics.

Ekonomic and social aspects of casinos and slot machines in border area

The goal of the thesis "The economic and social aspects of casinos and slot machines in the border areas" was to design an economically and socially beneficial policy towards gaming rooms and casinos in the area of the town Cheb. The work is divided into several parts. The first part deals with the experience of economic and social aspects of casinos and slot machines. In the practical part is described the situation of casinos, slot machines and gaming rooms in Cheb. Under the terms of economic factors of gambling was made the comparison of their incomes and expenditures, observations focused on tourism, the local multiplier calculation and proving the depending between unemployment and number of slot machines. In the section of social factors are characterized socio-pathological phenomena. In the last part there was suggested the policy for gambling in the town Cheb.

Motivation and stabilization of employees

Bachelor's thesis deals with the motivation of employees to work performance and their stabilization, which is essential for the proper functioning of the company. It is one of the basic personnel activities of the company, of which every managing employee should have a thorough knowledge. The thesis contains theoretical explanation of these issues. From the definition of basic concepts, through the specification of job motivation factors, the definition of incentive factors to the summary of the basic theories of job motivation. The goal of this thesis is to determine the level of satisfaction and motivation in the Forbes Casino, a.s. The practical part interprets the results obtained by semi-structured interviews. Recommendation based on analyses are also part of the thesis.

The subjekt of the bachelor thesis is to descriibe and analise current marketing strategy of Casino Ambassador and to propose some recommendations. In the first part, there is prepared a theoretical base for creating marketing strategy. In the second practical part, there is described the company which is mentioned above, as well as, there is analyzed present structure of its marketing strategy and marketing communication strategy. The final part proposes some recommendations for the proposal of the future marketing strategy.

This thesis is studying the current global as well as Czech gambling industry with the focus on internet gambling activities. The work begins with the description of various gambling activities. The focus is taken on the internet gambling activities with description of the specifics and the current European as well as US legal frame. Next part is dedicated to the psychology of gambling together with the pathological gambling addiction. In next part the thesis studies the current situation on the Czech market - history, main official legal providers as well as main grey market providers. Second part of the work is the case study of the launch of the internet lottery games by Fortuna Entertainment Group. This case study is based on a desk research of previous successful best practices in the internet gambling industry from all around the world.
