Mixed-flow submersible water pump driven by hydrostatic motor
Para, Marcel ; Ranuša, Matúš (referee) ; Nevrlý, Josef (advisor)
Bachelor thesis solves the problem of a submersible, diagonal hydrostatic pump. This study describes the basic principles of hydraulics and equipment. The possibility of engaging the hydrostatic system as an amphibious vehicle is investigated in the Bachelor thesis. The work is written in cooperation with the sponsor of HYDRAULIC RESEARCH CENTRE, spol. S.r.o., which is part of SPL Holding., Inc.
Filament Winding Machine
Dorňák, Michal ; Hampl,, Štěpán (referee) ; Foller, Bronislav (advisor)
The aim of this diploma thesis is the proposal of solution of three-axial winding machine for winding technology of rotary profile. Winding materials are continual springs of carbon, aramid or glass fibre impregnated by resin. The main construction change of the machine compared to commercial available solutions is the use of linear motor as a frame element instead of roller screws or toothed chain. Linear motors have higher dynamics of the movement and they can reach higher speed compared to other solutions, which guarantee increase of the machine productivity. The main importance is put not only on the functionality but also on the low price of this solution. The 3D model of the mechanism is created in the program Inventor 2009.
Comparison of the effect of the two-mass and hydraulic buffers on the impact of the self-loading rifle
Talanda, Jakub ; Blaťák, Ondřej (referee) ; Vančura, Jan (advisor)
The focus of this thesis are the effects of dual-body and hydraulic recoil buffers on measured recoil of an AR-15 type self-loading rifle. The first part explains the working principles of the rifle and both mentioned buffer designs and points out the sources of the recoil effect. A brief summary of contemporary knowledge and already conducted research into the problem follows. The second part describes an experiment in which the recoil force was measured using a force sensor placed between the rifle butt and shooter’s shoulder. At the end, outcomes of this research are discussed and results obtained for both buffer designs are compared.
Mechanical-hydraulic model of vehical energy regeneration
Pisklák, Jan ; Vrbka, Martin (referee) ; Nevrlý, Josef (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is a research about mathematic-physical model of vehicle’s kinetic energy regeneration. Mr. Pourmovahed A. et al. were dealing with this problem. He used the method of the determinated thermal time constants. Pourmovahed continued in study reports written by Green W. L. and Otis D.. His scientific work covers the analytical treatment which is compared with an experimental tests.
Design and construction of a linear telescopic hydromotor
Přikryl, Jakub ; Budík, Tomáš (referee) ; Merenus, Ondřej (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is focused on analyzing the actual state of knowledge in the field of linear hydromotors, the calculation of hydromotors and the designing of the telescopic linear hydromotor for use in hoist machines. Outcomes of this thesis can be used to gain basic knowledge in field of constructing linear hydromotors.
Review and propose modifications to the cooling system of skid steer loaders B861, B961
Bečka, Pavel ; Pokorný, Jan (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
The object of this diploma thesis is revision of coolant system skid steer loaders “BOBEK” B861, B961 and his eventually optimization for prevention of overheating hydraulic system and engine. The first part dedicate of general issues of coolant skid steer loaders. The second part is the calculation during heat stress hydraulic systems of loader and the third part include proposals for solutions problems of overheating hydraulic systems and combustion engine.
Active Preload Control of Machine Tool Spindle Units
Cyprian, Rudolf ; Blecha, Petr (referee) ; Březina, Tomáš (advisor)
This work describes some kinds of active preload control of machine tool sipndle units based on industry requierements. And it compares their advantages and disadvantages based on obtained knowleges. For simulation was used Matlab/Simulink, where proposed model was created. All values was gathered from publications.
Models of vehicle´s kinetic energy recovery
Fic, Miloslav ; Vaverka, Michal (referee) ; Nevrlý, Josef (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with analysis of existing knowledge in the area of vehicle kinetic energy recuperation models. This analysis is mainly focused on hydrostatic regenerative braking system models. This paper introduces stances of some authors, mathematic relationships and program tools useful for simulation of these models. Afterwards is estimation of shown studies and at least is presented future development of hydrostatic regenerative braking systems. This paper gives a sight of hydraulic recuperation system problems and it could be used as the theoretical element for next research in recuperation models area.
Centrifugal radial submersible water pump driven by hydrostatic motor
Holan, Jan ; Vlašic, František (referee) ; Nevrlý, Josef (advisor)
Bachelor thesis is aimed to a design of radial underwater pump with hydrostatic powertrain. Thesis contains base knowledge and working principles of water pumps and parts of hydrostatic powertrain. The other part is aimed to detail description of design and issues related to a water pump design. Thesis was created in cooperation with Center of hydraulic development (CENTRUM HYDRAULICKÉHO VÝZKUMU, spol. s r.o.).
Mechanical construction of hydraulics arm
Vodrážka, Jakub ; Březina, Lukáš (referee) ; Věchet, Stanislav (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with design of a hydraulics arm. The main purpose of this hydraulics arm is the possibility to use it in education project which is a part of hydraulics systems lessons. This arm consists from few parts which are connected together by rotary joints. This arm is actuated by linear hydromotors, furthermore there is a magnetic position sensor. Autodesk Inventor 2008 was used during the arm design process. There are three main parts in this work. First part deals with fluids systems, the second part shows the position sensor properties and the last part presents some cases of arm design with deformation verify. A lot of supplement is presented at the end of this work as pictures of the model of the arm or pictures of some parts of the model.
