The thesis deals with an analysis of marketing communication of the Avanti Hotel resident in the city of Brno and subsequent processing of communication mix proposals. The work aims at designing completion proposals that will help improve the current situation of the hotel. The work consists of three parts – theoretical (that includes explained terms from the given field), practical (in which the current state of the company is assessed) and proposal (with proposals how to meet the set objectives).

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the analysis of current marketing mix of the hotel Orea Voroněž in Brno. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part, which include explanations of basic concepts of marketing, marketing and communication mix and hotel management. The practical part is focused on analysis of marketing mix, communication mix, and analysis of competition and SWOT analysis. In the end of the thesis I suggest new marketing mix.

The content of this master’s thesis deals with competitiveness of the accommodation establishment „Jacob Brno“ through its brand. The current situation of the company is dismantled according to theoretical knowledge. Based on the value chain theory, the value creation process for the customer is further dismantled and compared to competing company. According to the variety of analyses, it is proposed to extend the supply of the accommodation establishment to ancillary services. This includes services such as a conference facility or an improved way to accommodate guests.

The thesis deals with the analysis of the marketing stratégy of the Hotel U Loubů. It anyalyses and evaluates current phane of the services, marketing communication and staffing. Proposal part of the thesis contains suggestions leading to increasing current situation, which has the aim to promote and increase occupancy of the hotel.

The diploma thesis deals with the importance of content marketing and its use in the marketing of accommodation services. Content marketing is on the rise and it is not only in the travel industry that it can help build long-term relationships and thus support business growth. The aim of the thesis is to determine recommendati-ons for the use of content marketing in hotel companies offering accommodation services in Brno. The thesis uses available secondary data to analyse the state of the current market in terms of content marketing and also to identify target segments. An important source of information was the collection of primary data using in-depth interviews with company representatives (n = 6) and representatives of the target segment (n = 6). The final recommendations are formulated through the basic processes of content marketing.

The Diploma thesis "Boutique Hotels Analysis" is focused on tourism and hotel industry in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part encompasses essential terms and pieces of knowledge in both sectors; the practical part is based on boutique hotel Buddha-Bar Hotel Prague. Provided services, position among competitive subjects in hotel industry market and satisfaction of staff are analyzed. Based on results, strategy for further development and suggestions for increasing competitiveness are recommended.

Diploma thesis is about the quality of services in the hotel industry from customers' views and a partial view of the service provider. Work includes analysis of current customer satisfaction with the services provided in Texas and the Czech Republic. Recommendations are made on the basis of customer satisfaction surveys for service providers. The theoretical part of this thesis contains findings from the scientific world literature focusing on quality and hotel industry. The practical part is based on analysis of current situation, questionnaire surveys, and evaluation of the results from the questionnaire survey, statistical investigation and final discussion.

The thesis deals with analysis of a hotel guest´s satisfaction with services in a chosen hotel. In a review of literature there are presented a basic information about tourism, hotel management and measuring of customer satisfaction. In the empirical part the results of questionnaire survey are evaluated by statistical methods, which aimed to find out basic information about hotel guests and about their satisfaction with particular services of the hotel. Based on findings of the survey the proposals and the recommendations for an improvement of the hotel services are formulated.
