The aim of the diploma thesis is to elaborate the project documentation of accommodation building in buld-up area in the town Nový Jičín. It is three-star hotel with three above-ground floors with partial basement. Visitors can be accommodated in 4 single rooms, 12 twin rooms and 7 suites. One single room is accessible. Visitors can also use restaurant services. The construction system is designed as masonry Porotherm system. The building is covered with a flat roof. Facade is insulated with a ventilated facade insulation system. Part of the project documentation is also a basic assessment of the building in terms of building physics. Hotel is designed as nearly zero energy building.

The work contains technical report, coordination situation, time and financial plan of construction, construction technology study, project of construction site equipment, design of construction machinery, plan of material resources, technological regulation for truss realization, plumbing and roofing, control and testing plan protection of health at work, playground project.

Diploma thesis deals with design of sanitary and gas instalation in hotel building. It is hotel with four floors and basement. Theteoretical part is focused on grey water treatment systems and possibility of their use in the building. The Computational part and project includes design of sanitary and stormwater sewer, water supply system, gas installations a their service pipes to current utility lines.

Revitalization of the Veľké Leváre Chateau

The aim of this work was to create a study of revitalization and restoration of the manor house and park in Veľké Leváre. During the creation of the design it was necessary to re-evaluate the cultural-historical values of the manor house, the construc- tional-technical condition, the requirements of the potential investor and the demand for functions in the village’s proximity. I have realized that placement of a mono-function in a mansion is almost impossible, considering its extensive ground plan. The manor house, thus, creates a complex of functions that overlap each other. The result of the entire design is a com- prehensive solution of the full use of the manor house with the park. Hence, the park will have a relaxing and recreational function. In the proposal, I have also offered a possible plan of stages of project’s works. The manor house and the adjacent park can, thus, fulfill the full function in the society again.

Hotel at the ČPP Arena in Hradec Králové, Orlice riverbank

The diploma project is resolving the possibilities of designing contemporary buildings into the historical context of city centre. The emphasis is aimed on urban integration of new volumes into the present city structure and its genius loci. The result of the design should be buildings with specific character and clear dispositions using quality materials. The area is located near the city centre of Hradec Králové and is defined by the streets Comenius, I.Herrmann and Hradecká. It is directly adjacent to the historic city center. In the middle of the area is flowing The Orlice River, which divides area into two separately designed zones, which is communicating with each other. The presence of the river is considered to be a distinctive urban-forming element that needs to be used and promoted in the city. One of the characteristics of the site is the poor state of public spaces, several significant barriers, whether moving, operational or visible and urban unconnected areas or unreasonable used areas and buildings. The surrounding of The Orlice River, flowing through the center of Hradec Králové, is from near future very important, but at the same time hard to handle. All three facts - the city center plot, the presence of the river, but also the neglected public spaces - leading this area rehabilitated, revitalized and made accessible to people.

Hotel

This diploma thesis aims to design a project documentation for a realization of a newbuild hotel. The building is in Sigord recreation ground, near Kokosovce village in Slovakia. The object is a detached building with three storeys and a partial basement. An entrance hall, offices, bar and a restaurant are situated on the ground floor. The hotel is on the first and the second floors. Foundations of the building are made of jamb blocks and a reinforced concrete beam foundation. Construction system is skeletal, consisting of concrete poles and reinforced concrete beams, filling and vertical constructions are made of Ytong aerated concrete blocks. Horizontal constructions are made from Spiroll precast panels, with reinforced concrete ceilings. The building is finished off with a single ply roof with a standard order of layers.

RECONSTRUCTION AND REBUILDING OF CITY BREWERY IN VYŠKOV

The bachelor´s thesis focuses on the solution of the historical premises of the Vyškov brewery. The brewery has been inoperative for several years, so the area is unused and unmanaged, and its architectural degradation may occur. The proposal focuses on reusing the site, retaining its main function and adding new features to maximize the character of the site.

I and "Sokol"

Main topic of Diploma thesis is to create a complex project for building a new sport-social complex. Based on a previously handled analysis and presumptive sport-cultural thesis of Sokol architecture, creates a main aim of the project – to proove if this concept of architectural thinking can be applied nowadays even with a contribution of actual economic and social conditions. Plan reacts on development of already built sport buildings, the absence of public area subsistent the downtown of Zlin and problems of traffic in touched area. Plan consists of a complex sport center and a hotel that is closing the north part of touched area with residential area before actual sport complex. Project also includes suggestions for transport infrastructure and public areas in thorough context.

Water park Brno

Diploma thesis Aquapark Brno is directly connected with the previous specialist course "Sports Center Za Lužánkami Brno". This project dealt was focused on overall concept, architectural and urban study of this area with an emphasis on sports, recreation and relaxation. There was created a zone of predominantly professional sport in the southern part of this area. There were built football and ice hockey stadiums on the newly created terrace/platform. These stadiums are located approximately in the same places as their current (football) or non-existent (hockey) predecessors. The terrace/platform (parking is located under the terrace) continues, and the newly expanded Boby Hotel follows the recreational sports zone with an Aquapark and outdoor sports grounds located behind the existing Tesco shopping centre. There is formed a new park in north of the sports grounds forming a recreational-relaxation zone on the territory of Planýrka. The existing building of a 50 meter swimming pool dominates the area of Aquapark. It was built in 1979 according to the project architect Otakar Oplatek. However this object no longer meets the requirements of today's visitors or athletes. The new building which includes a twenty-five meter tall swimming pool with a background is being added to the existing building. So there is a separable swimming area created here, which can serve both - swimmers and teenagers or professional athletes. There is a good possibility of racing as well. The new building connects eastward to the building of the roofed Aquapark partially hidden beneath the terraces and resting areas. These three through-flowing but mutually separable objects together with the platform define the area of the outdoor aquapark. He is also separate off from the noisy Sportovní street, but it has a sufficient supply of sunlight. Moravian Wine Center

The topic of the diploma thesis is the design of a wine hotel for a vineyard Nikolsburg in Mikulov. Main idea of this project is to create a new hotel building combined with the production of wine so it would naturally fit the given landscape and so it wouldn’t disturb its natural character. This building was also designed so it has extraordinary views of the whole wine area of Mikulov, the Mikulov Chateau and the Holy Hill. Primary function of the building is accommodation in a 4-star hotel rooms and a clean production of wine, which includes maturing, bottling and labeling. There are other services added, such as a restaurant, a wine bar, tasting salon with immediate a wine cellar designed for wine maturing and also last but not least a wellness center with sauna world to make your stay more pleasant.The architectural concept is mainly based on the view axis and the shape of given landscape. Hinged façade made of timber cladding is inspired by the wine production and regularity of the vineyards.
