The concept follows and respects the continuation of city parks on so called Okruzni boulevard where new green vegetation was created after the destruction of ramparts. The polyfunctional building is located on Benesova street and complements the built-up area as a city creating element. The building was solved as a compact mass of which shape, size and roundness reflects other buildings around. The goal of the design is to connect together Koliste and Benesova street and the city park. The building creates business parterre which makes it possible to reach the Koliste street directly from Benesova street through the building.
