The aim of this work is to theoretically describe the function of the frequency changer asynchronous electric motor, to evaluate suitable gearboxes for replacement of hydraulic manipulators, robots, which is carried out through a search of the literature, the present work describes the properties of model sets. The project deals with frequency changer, which of the three-phase power network 230 V~ 50 Hz or three-phase power network 400 V~ 50 Hz mains frequency changed to another frequency. This device will be used for three-phase asynchronous motor 400 V~ power of 1 kVA at a frequency of 50 Hz mains.

The semestral thesis deals with designing a frequency changer. It describes general information about induction motors and power electronics, focusing on pulse converters. Based on given parametres, appropriate components were chosen and described. Also, there is power loss calculated in this document, which is used for dimensioning cooling. Also an LC filter is designed in this dokument. At last, there is a printed circuit board designed for the power part.
PLC Control of Robotic Manipulator

The thesis is focused on the design control of a 3-axis robotic manipulator. The manipulator is used for transporting the moulded part from a moulding machine to a conveyor belt. A manipulator has 3 asynchronous motors controlled by one frequency changer. A PLC is designed for full control of this operation. A PLC uses a real time operating system, which allows it to work on several tasks at the same time. A PLC has Modbus TCP/IP communication with HMI. A PLC has Modbus TCP/IP communication with HMI. A manipulator communicates with a moulding machine via a EUROMAP 12 interface.

Theatre Stage Control System with Graphics Interface

This thesis focuses on a control system for theater scenes. The system is based on technology of industrial computers and can handle theatre scene equipment, such as slot. The asynchronous AC engines and computer controlled frequency changers are used along with various sensors. The control is done via CANopen protocol and the software was written using Control Web.
